Nope. You can CLEARLY see the white truck though and I'm SURE someone will be able to call a tip about someone they know who drive that truck. I'm certain of that.

LE said he's talking to construction workers about it... if I understood correctly.

LE - Truck circles the block TWICE on the location and time of dissapearance.
With all construction going on in the area that truck might be of out of town.

This person can be directly involved or just someone who can be a witness.

Individual of truck decided NOT to stop on the red light at moulton...can't get a perfect photo because of it. Either because he decided he didn't need to stop or because he HAD ULTERIOR MOTIVES.

truck remained in motion the entire time, couldn't get a still shot at the stopsign at 10th and Morton.
