Aaliyah Lykins of Muncie, Ind., faces charges of reckless homicide and neglect of a dependent, according to court records reviewed by PEOPLE.

Why did it happen again? Was there no crib or little baby bed? Drugs or drinking involved?
Mom didn't get into "trouble" the 1st time this happened, but she is in trouble this time. SMH. Two dear little ones gone.

Lykins has other past run-ins with the law still pending in court, including arrests for battery resulting in bodily injury to a pregnant woman, domestic battery with a deadly weapon and domestic battery resulting in serious bodily injury, the Star Press reported.
