[h=3]Details of Disappearance[/h] Wroblewski was last seen on December 9, 1990, after attending a South Bend, Indiana church function with her husband. She was visibly upset at the function.

After they got to their home on Kessler Street in South Bend, Wroblewski and her husband had an argument. He stated she packed a bag and walked out of the residence, telling him to take care of their three children.

The next day, her brown 1983 van was found abandoned at the South Bend Regional Airport, but there was no sign of her at the scene and no plane tickets at the airport had been purchased in her name.

Wroblewski had filed for divorce eight months prior to her disappearance and had been acting oddly just before she went missing. Foul play is suspected in her disappearance.

<<The next morning family members found her empty van at the South Bend Regional Airport but there was no sign of Nancy. No tickets had been purchased in her name. There has been no sign of her since and police now fear that she may have been the victim of foul play.>>

She's probably gone... she was waiting for the right moment to have a heated argument and leave... maybe she was dating someone... there's a reason she filed for divorce... she could be alive...

She had married fellow LaSalle graduate Randy Wroblewski in 1973 and they had three children together.

Nancy’s disappearance on the night of December 9, 1990, is still a mystery 32 years later.

She had appeared upset at an event at Corpus Christi Hall that night. She went home, told her husband to watch their three children and drove away. Her van was found the next day at the South Bend airport, but there was no indication she had purchased a ticket to go anywhere.

South Bend police kept their investigation going for years, occasionally reminding the public that a reward would be offered through Crime Stoppers. The conclusion was that she likely met with foul play, but no evidence was found to confirm that.

South Bend, IN is within very close proximity of Lake Michigan and the Michigan border. The states of Illinois and Wisconsin are also on Lake Michigan.
