Found Deceased IN - Paul Kelly, 43, Noblesville, 2 May 2017

I am thinking the same but why the fairgrounds? Wouldn't they have found a body by now? If he walked somewhere, it couldn't have been far. Perhaps he was there to meet someone?

If the carnival was there, maybe he thought his car would not be noticed for a period of time. Obviously just guessing

Paul's sister posted he was seen running through a neighborhood behind the fairgrounds the Tuesday he went missing, asked a man for a long sleeved shirt, took his shirt off, then started running again as if someone was chasing him, wearing a black long sleeved shirt. I know I am supposed to post a link but can't post FB here. Shows he left the fairgrounds though. Prayers he is still alive and will be found.

I wonder why specifically long sleeves, if he has any tattoos he was covering up, or something? I should look into his description again. How strange he has been missing this long.

Praying for Paul & family.

Has there been a search party in the woods behind the neighborhood adjacent to the Fairgrounds yet? I haven't seen anything about this online. His photo looks like one of a thousand men who resemble BG from the Delphi case, so hopefully someone wasn't after him for that reason. It would be hard to be a man of that age and build in Indiana right now.

I was able to find his sister's FB page and saw they have had searches from the Fairgrounds and from Walmart. They speculate he may have been having a psychotic breakdown. Having had family who have done the same, it's terrifying to hear that. My family member had ended up (safely) a state away. Hopefully Walmart and the surrounding businesses have cameras that may have spotted him.

Well, that is not good news. Especially about the possibility
of a psychotic breakdown. I guess it's a possibility someone gave him lift or someone who remembers a guy looking for a ride. Not sure but
I believe paranoia is part of a psychotic breakdown. In rereading his posts, one can almost see and feel that an episode was coming on. 😯

I agree. His FB posts that last day or so makes me feel like he felt as if he was imploding. :(

Did this man wear hoodies? Did he enjoy walking in rural areas? Was he a bridge enthusiast? Paranoia?

I can't deny that my mind didn't go there when I first saw his photo. Though it does daily where I live, thousands of miles away...

In his FB writings, he seems to be upset that he is a follower and not a leader. Did he possibly get mixed up with some nefarious
dealings with those he called "friends"?

I was just trying to research this today for an update and I don't see anything on anyone's social media or the news.

Paul Kelly’s vehicle was last seen in the area of State Road 37 and Pleasant Street around 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 2.

According to Kelly’s sister, Jennifer Sheese, his truck was found unlocked at the Hamilton County Fair Grounds but he was not located.

She describes him as 6’2″, 190 pounds with a small mole on the center of the back of his neck.

I didn't have an age for Paul until I saw the missing pieces flyer.

From the missing poster: he became paranoid before he went missing and heard voices. From his sister: he was seen running in a neighborhood and exchanged his shirt for a long sleeve shirt.

It does sound like a psychotic break. Seems he believed he was being followed.

It's been 20 days, I'm afraid this won't end well. Hopefully he somehow ended up in a clinic and chose to stay anonymous.

I live in same county, Hamilton county. I haven't been following the local news lately--will try to check. This isn't a bad area where his truck was found, close to fairgrounds, large county animal shelter.

I live only a few miles from this area. It's a very low crime area.

I'm hoping he made his way to a friend's house or another familiar location.

Another possibility is that he ended up in a hospital without ID, or refusing to release information. Due to HIPAA it makes it very difficult for family members to get information to find out even if a person has been admitted or treated.

There is an inpatient mental health facility approximately 10 miles from the location where he was last seen. I am familiar with it because a relative was admitted there several years ago. Even her husband could not obtain any information at all for the duration of her stay, even to find out whether or not she had been admitted, treated, or released.

I've been thinking about him. Was hoping he was already back at home.

I don't want to sound insensitive but did he commit suicide, did someone else kill him? Had he been deceased for awhile?!

How terribly sad either way.
