I heard the first name, went to the property records, found two neighbors with that first name (meaning I now have their last names and addresses), and noticed one lived across the street from Kio's parents.
But...I don't know if this is LP fact or theory.
LOL....ya know how messed up everything in this case is ???
I think JWG wants to know which neighbor iit is, 'cause there's TWO with this same first name....

Earlier today it was asked IF the MR called 911 to report finding the skull & if so was it ever released..I guess not? but there is a recording of him telling his supervisor..I just heard it for the first time on ClickOrlando but this link from another poster below is much better..Sorry for ALL the confusion!!!!!!!

Here is the call from Kronk to his supervisor/dispatcher. Much of the audio has been edited out, but you will hear it about 3/4 through the recording.
I did hear this recording before it was edited. My feeling, given the context of the discussion and the location Kronk gave, was that the supervisor lives on Hopespring near the crime scene. Closer to the crime scene than the Anthonys.
The term "neighbor" does not have an exact definition concerning number of houses away. LP could use the term "neighbor" even if the person is a good number of houses away.

Ok, I just wanted to weigh in on a couple of things. I am at work today and cant stay on the site long so by the time I get this posted this may repeat some ideas others have had
sorry!
I have these divided into my pro-MR and anti-MR sections for better organizing of my own thoughts.
First, pro-MR:
1. I dont think this article implies a changing of stories. Heres my RL example one morning last spring I went out to get in my car and looked up towards my neighbors backyard and saw a weird, ghostly apparition-like thing shimmering in the light of the rising sun.
I jumped with a start this thing was at least 8 feet tall, and about 8 feet off the ground and with the sun behind it seemed to be glowing very brightly, plus it was fluttering a little:ghost:
kind of freaked me out. I was running late for work, but I decided to walk a little closer to see if I could figure out what it was. (Note: I dont usually see ghosts, well, ever). Once I was about 20 feet away from it, I decided it was some physical thing in the tree not paranormal. It moved when the breeze came and was still when the breeze stopped. From one side it glowed less brightly, where the sun was more obscured by other trees. I didnt know what it was, but I decided it was a physical item of some kind. I went inside, got my camera, took a picture of it (for humor purposes only - :crazy: showing my coworkers the spooky thing I saw). Went to work and showed my coworkers. After spooking them 
, we speculated on what it might be
actual paranormal apparition? Weird fog of some type? A really huge piece of shrinkwrap? 
When I got home, the item was still there in the tree, although taking up a much smaller area after having been smashed around all day by the wind and probably squirrels 
, and no longer glowing. I walked up to the tree, got a stick, fished it down. It was a huge piece of clear, very thin plastic, and had flecks of what appeared to be white paint on it. My neighbors had been painting their garage door day before. Now that I was in their backyard I could see a paint tarp of a similar super-thin clear plastic being held down by a paint can at one corner. Aha! A very cheap paint tarp! Now, my first identification of what it was would have been Ack! Ghostie!:ghost: My second, and slightly less supernatural identification was not a ghostie, some thing that shouldnt be there :waitasec:. The third, and final identification was super cheap paint tarp. After the third identification, I think it would be only logical for me to in retrospect determine that the ghost and the thing was probably the tarp all along, even though I was away from the site for hours. I am fairly certain that it was not originally a ghost and by the time I got home, someone had coincidently put a paint tarp in that same spot. In the same way, RK sees a round white item that doesnt look right. He does not say to the 911 operator what he thinks it is
a softball? Soccer ball? Easter Egg? Large rock? We have no idea where his mind was going at that time but clearly not skull. He wants them to come, but he cant lie to get them there (not like CA 
) so he just gives the facts. Later, when he sees the actual skull, he realizes that what he saw probably was the skull, vs. any other round and white item that might or might not have been there. Just like I realized that even though I could not correctly identify my apparition at first or second look, when I finally saw it up close, I knew that tarp was what I had seen.
2. The second thing is, most of what we have heard of the MRs story has been hearsay. I dont think his story, from his lips to the public, has changed a nickel. There have been lots of reports of sources talking to him, but I dont put any stock in them. He made an official statement, said he would tell the rest of his story after the first of the year, and he did. Done and done.
3. The third thing is, he did take a picture of a live snake, :snake: which was shown on GMA. He said he took the picture Monday, August 11. I personally do not think it was weird at all that he would take a picture of the snake. What a cool thing to show your buddies back at the office! (see my point 1, above). I think he took the picture completely unrelated to the case and totally related to showing people to say, LOOK WHAT WE SAW TODAY! Why didnt he (if he didnt) take a picture of a bag and round white thing that he stood across swampy water from and looked at? Well, maybe in his cellphone camera it looked small and unidentifiable. Maybe he pointed out this round thing to his coworker and the coworker said, eh, garbage. Who knows. But I dont think the snake picture was significant, and I think he probably showed it to the officer as the reason he himself had not gone over to check out the round white thing that looked like it didnt belong. Did *I* go look at it? Heck no I didnt! Look at what we saw here on Monday! No big deal.
Anti-MR:
1. It kind of bugs me when people say he called THREE TIMES in August to report this item. Really, he only called twice to report it. By his own words on GMA, he called once at 9:30pm on August 11. He expected someone to call him back. They had not called him back by 9:30pm August 12, so he called again. I have said this before and I am saying it again, I think 24 hours to get a call back about a tip given which was as vague as his was (round white thing that looks like it doesnt belong there, mysterious board in woods full of trash) during an investigation and search as large as this was is an extremely unreasonable expectation. Especially if he did not call the Crimeline the first time. Tips are cataloged and officers are sent out in order of importance and potential validity and usefulness. No way would I have assumed that a tip like that, called into a number other than the tip line, would warrant a call back that quickly. A call back eventually, yes. Given the location I would hope within a few days. But to assume they would call back by the next day seems extremely unreasonable to me. Then the THIRD call is to say, essentially, I am here at the location, send the officer down who promised to meet me. He did not report it three times, just twice. He did not even say he was at the location three times in August, only twice. He went there and reported it 8-11. He followed up on his report 8-12. And he went there and called for the officer on 8-13. This is not like he was going there, seeing this item, and calling police three days in a row. Anyway, this may be a silly point to argue, but it really makes me wonder why he was so adamant to get someone to check this QUICKLY and then when someone arrives, he apparently gives up fairly easily. :waitasec:

However, we do not see these in the crime scene photos. If the first TWO visits to the place where he could see the round item was in fact the same ( or roughly the same in his words) place as the third visit in December, would we not see the white board in the crime scene pictures, at least that first picture? I believe we DO see a white board in the PI tape (again, I am at work and cannot pull the video but I will see if I can find it tonight). And yet, we are being led to believe that the PIs did NOT find the body or any mysterious round, white items that are really skulls. We are further led to believe that the PIs were either 12 feet, or 150 feet from the actual remains. Lets say it is 12 feet. Are we saying that the skull AND THE BAG which was obviously opened in some way, moved in the same direction for 12 feet in the water, landed together in the same spot 12 feet away, and that is why when the PIs found the board they did not find the remains, because they were 12 feet away from where they had floated? Seems pretty far-fetched to me. I might believe a sealed bag and contents floated 12 feet I dont have a good feel for this area or how deep or strong the currents might be, or how a water-dwelling creature might have moved it. I can see an open bag and contents staying together in the same spot for four months (a la the sink exercise mentioned by the previous poster) water rises and falls but items stay reasonably close together. But a bag with a skull sticking out far enough to see in August I cant picture how it would float 12 feet without separating far enough away from the bag by enough space that MR saying he lifted the bag and there it was seems off to me. :waitasec: In another analogy, if you took a trash bag and some other item that was not in the bag and pitched them 12 feet, what are the chances they would land together? It seems to me that four months later that they would be together AND 12 feet away is implausible.
3. Now lets say the PIs were 150 feet from the remains, as LP stated on NG Tuesday, and he made quite a point of it. He said he was incorrect, they were NOT 12 feet away, they were 150 feet away. Ok so this white board the PIs taped was 150 feet away from the remains? Is this a different white board from the MRs? :waitasec: If so, are we saying there are TWO white boards, AND the bag and contents floated away from MRs white board some distance (at least far enough so the white board doesnt show in the pictures), but stayed together? :waitasec: Not impossible, but seems unlikely to me.
4. LP further states that the reason the deputy should not be faulted for not seeing the actual remains was because MR was 150 feet away in August JUST LIKE the PIs were in November. That recording is actually Kronk speaking to his supervisor/dispatcher. Kronk himself did not call 911 on Dec. 11.

OK..But I thought the REAL issue was if we ever heard KRONK reporting it..I never heard it from him before now & honestly I wasn't paying much attention to WHO he was telling because my mind was on trying to find the new tape of KC/As that's about to be released on the site..Sorry to all for the mix-up & I'm going back to fix the post.

Kronk could have first seen the head with a white bag placed tightly around it. If there were two bags, white and black, then it could be possible. We haven't been told all the facts about the bags that were found.

If the mythical white board was a marker, I have yet to hear anyone from LE say so.
Regarding what Kronk reported, as best I know he did not report that the white object he saw was underwater -- a detail of no small significance.

Inspite of the Sunshine Laws - isn't it unusual that all jail house visits in this case have been released???

Excellent, thank you HD. That's what I was looking for earlier today - a link to the audio. I wanted to verify this was not an LP theory.
So one of the folks on the radio offered that he lived on Hopespring - I am assuming that was the supervisor. Too bad he did not give his first or last name. LP must have gotten it by asking around via his contacts in the area.
Yes - "neighbor" does not have to mean only a few houses away, although in this case it is just a few houses away.

Thanks Dot. I kind of put two and two together the other day and figured it was the fellow across the street from Kiomarie's father. But...it was based only on hearing LP say the first name and that he lived in the neighborhood. So, being just a little wary of LP's theories, I was looking for independent confirmation.
HD provided a link to the call into the dispatcher, which at least confirmed part of the story - that someone involved in the call lives on Hopespring. At this point I am willing to go along with him being the supervisor and that LP had his first name right. After all, it keeps my daisy chain theory alive. :crazy:

Such leaks all depend on the Sheriff.
This is a high-profile case that crimetainment denizens have feasted on for a long time. An unholy alliance (you scratch my back, I scratch yours) has long existed between LE and the media.
You didn't see the media continually asking the Sheriff what in the world is taking so long to get behind what transpired in the August meeting between Kronk and his Deputy.
