Absolutely bizarre that Zizzamia has neither been matched or ruled out given that this seems so obvious, they have DNA, and investigators were apparently aware of the potential match *9 years ago*. Feels like someone has dropped the ball somewhere here.

Even with the issues locating the body, the parental DNA should be enough to sort.

#1 its definitely him. I can kill the suspense on that now. Its him for certain.

But as far as having his parents DNA being enough... enough for what? They lost where they put his body. They need to exhume him then compare the dna. They dont have that.

But no it isnt bizzare at all. The police are sure its him its just a matter of money digging that whole area up/getting the permission.

I know they dug a body up that wasnt him

Man, this is a frustrating case. I just covered Nicholas Zizzamia's case and of course I was immediately led here by a blog called Underground Mysteries.

It feels like a no-brainer because so much fits, but it looks like the only thing they have from the Doe are his fingerprints. It's really surprising that it seems like they don't have fingerprints for Nicholas, but he never got arrested and he presumably never took any background checks that required them.

Poor, poor Nicholas. I think he didn't want to admit to his parents how bad his grades actually were after (presumably) they paid for his education at Villanova.

Of course, there is always the possibility that it's not Nicholas. I'll never forget John Jay Ashley and Wilmington Delaware John Doe 1978. So much fit, but it wasn't him.
