Circumstances: Sometime between the late evening of Monday, April 5, 2004 and the early morning of Tuesday, April 6, 2004, Russell Elliott was shot and killed in his home at 8005 South Zikes Road, Bloomington, Indiana. The suspects set the house on fire in an attempt to cover the crime.​
