[IQuestion]

Thank you BOXER, an excellent interpretation/explanation of my thoughts. TKO #3! Yeppers, Anyone who mitigates the seriousness of a crime (specifically the ambush, agonizingly cruel attack and suffering endured by the victim.) And by mitigate I mean: alleviate, reduce, diminish, lessen, weaken, lighten, attenuate, take the edge off, allay, ease, assuage, palliate, cushion, damp, deaden, dull, appease, soothe, relieve, help, soften, temper, still, quell, quieten, quiet, tone down, blunt, dilute, moderate, modify, abate, lull, pacify, placate, mollify, sweeten, tranquillize, remit, extenuate, excuse, commute
Maybe I am experiencing some issues with reading "church going, good kid, good family, very intelligent etc"...great resume if one is applying to a prestigious college...Not so good when facing charges of "Intentional Homicide."
I'm worldly enough to see both sides of a case....it doesn't mean I don't have my favorite side.

There's always more than we are privy to, but I agree the case may not be cut and dried if the prosecutors office is still asking for info. I would have thought they would have bigger cases than this one to have at the top of the page.

No clue. I just know that criminal cases. Each side has the right to see what the other parties have.

Agree. Discovery is normal defense process. The defendant has a right to know what evidence is going to be brought against them. It is the basis of a fair trial.
Lots of things will have been added since TJ's hearing. Ryans final autopsy evidence, phone records for TJ and Ryan's phones, employment records, subsequent witness interviews, cam footage etc

I have been checking it often to see if it's still on as well. I'm surprised it has not been continued. MOO I thought these types of cases take a year or more.

I'm not saying there would be one. Just all the ones in Lafayette seem like it's a year or two before they ever go to trial

Actually 421 and 100, right at Indiana Packers.

MOO I think maybe an expungement? I think he was under 18 at the time. His lawyer could be trying to clean up his past as much as possible.

I am thinking but was this the one we saw in the comet only and was never in MyCase? The other traffic offence he had is still in there.

You are right, just a police call record, maybe incident settled with some private money changing hands or a handshake in the end.Happened at the corner of CR100 and Hwy 421. Officer Ligget and the victim of property destruction Cosgray.
Incidentally, as Purduegirl has indicated, Talmadge Jaspers honor roll presence was consistent up till then at least.
The change happened around then.
