Recovered/Located IN - Ryan Warner, 20, Greenwood/Carmel, early Jan 2019

Ryan Warner, 20, has not been seen or heard from in over a month, according to his family. A missing persons report was filed with Carmel Police Department on Jan. 28, 2019. Ryan was last living in Greenwood, however, his dad lives in Carmel. Greenwood police are assisting Carmel PD in the search.
