All the stats line up properly & Chicago/Indianapolis is a reasonable distance. Eye color is different, but I don't think that's a strong eliminator, ever. Both Sarah and the unidentified woman have dental records and dna samples entered so I believe she will be an automatic submission if the data is accurate.

NamUs lists Sarah's LSA date as October 15, 2011 which is 3 years ago today.

Ugh, there is so little info out there on Sarah. I don't even seen a page set up by the family.
I don't think that UID is Sarah. Wrong location and UID was found over a year later. I just don't think things add up.

Details of Disappearance​

Kilgore was last seen walking in her Indianapolis, Indiana neighborhood on October 9, 2011. She has never been heard from again. The police refused to let Kilgore's family file a missing persons report until 30 days had passed. She is originally from southern Indiana. Few details are available in her case.
