In one of the many interviews, gma says that the front door is the only way in and out, that the father's bed blocked the back door. So I'm thinking an enclosed porch maybe?

If someone can confirm his birthdate I'll link the actual case info. In the mean time it's really easy to use the site to search. I found Daniel Morgan really hard to find information on in general. I don't know if that's a good or bad thing. I have lots of suspicion with grandpa Daniel Morgan. That is JMO. Him just being there & the role he seems to play don't sit right to me. From the outside looking in he just seems out of place in the family to me.

Not sure if the four cases listed for Daniel J Morgan are all for the same person but the two listed from 1999 are definitely him. <modsnip>. So he is Daniel J Morgan - just not sure about the two most recent cases...if I had to go off my gut I'd say he is one and the same!

I have a headache from reading all these facebook accounts. Can't figure out what half of these people are saying.

I think this investigation is probably a nightmare on many levels for LE. Many have theorized that someone present other than Kyle may have murdered or accidentally killed the baby and Kyle was prevailed upon to dispose of the remains. Kyle leaving the home would be expected whereas family members leaving would raise suspicion. Kyle must be talking to authorities or else the body wouldn't have been located so quickly. Family members may be more clever than they appear at first glance. Kyle may be pointing the finger at someone present, but assuming they can get their stories straight, the family will be pointing right back at Kyle. Forensic evidence like fibers or touch DNA wouldn't prove anything considering the situation. If it's Kyle's word against everyone else's, that might not be enough. All conjecture and MOO.

Not that I've seen anywhere. From MSM reports, Justin, grandma and grandpa have all said Shaylyn was there (they saw her) before they went to bed. Adam claims to have been in his room not drinking too much before he drank too much and passed out. I don't recall if he's said he saw her in her bed that night and I don't think we've heard a word from Kelly.

Of course I can't find it now, but I read an article yesterday that said he has not issued any statements and has requested an attorney. But there is this:

It also puzzles my why the newspaper gal didn't check on the baby when she was in and out of the house. It would clarify the timeline if we knew her story.

My kids at that age slept through anything. I think Shalyn did to with all the nocturnal activity taking place around her. My kids could be picked up and moved so I'm not too surprised Shayln didn't make a peep during her abduction.
