I just want to say, I am what I would describe as competent and educated. I don't have much of a hard time following along with cases. However, this specific case literally seems like someone has written a movie script that just keeps taking turn after turn, it's like who's the next person we will add to the "non-party". I am so sad for this sweet little girl and her mommy. I just can't imagine, what in the world is going to happen next.

I think it's a typo/bad reporting.

On Thursday at 4:24 on the fb page it says, they do not and will not take money from a go fund me account. So I guess they changed their minds. Much like everything else in this case.

I understand that, they are still staying on that page that mom and grandma are asking that people donate directly to the funeral home, not a go fund me. Which leads me to believe that they (mom and grandma) are not yet supporting a go fund me page.

https://public.courts.in.gov/mycase/#/vw/Search There are (2) cases both with protective orders issued listed under Daniel J Morgan. I haven't found a birthdate I am comfortable is his 100%. If someone can confirm his birthdate I'll link the actual case info. In the mean time it's really easy to use the site to search. I found Daniel Morgan really hard to find information on in general. I don't know if that's a good or bad thing. I have lots of suspicion with grandpa Daniel Morgan. That is JMO. Him just being there & the role he seems to play don't sit right to me. From the outside looking in he just seems out of place in the family to me.

I'm a few pages behind, but I saw he graduated HS in 1997 so he would be about 37-38

Not sure if the four cases listed for Daniel J Morgan are all for the same person but the two listed from 1999 are definitely him. If you look at the address associated with those two cases, the address listed has a tie to his mom JL (whose name is listed on one of his FB accounts - I believe the more recent of the two). So he is Daniel J Morgan - just not sure about the two most recent cases...if I had to go off my gut I'd say he is one and the same!

The protection order in 2012 aligns with what he posted on his FB in 2012 (somewhat)

Been trying to find a legitimate legal document of this and I believe it would be in Crawford County according to the mugshot image. The only thing I can think of is it's not publicly listed or accessed due to one of the parties involved was a minor.

The charges were dismissed. The case was filed in Crawford County, Illinois, and does pull up on the public records search.
