I don't believe the accuracy of this article. It says that he suffocated her with a blanket...but one of the charges against him is strangulation

I can see how they could both be accurate.

Damn .. That was by far the worst thing I've ever read. For once, I have absolutely no words.

#ShaylynAmmerman's uncle said he saw Parker carrying something & what appeared to be a dangling foot http://via.fox59.com/nTu1f

I will never get this out of my mind.

Sorry if this has been answered...but is there going to be any type of press conference today? If so, what time?

Ya, and the fact that he just went to bed.....

Hate seeing this over and over. Humans are barbarians.

Justin said he believes the case will be an ‘unsolved mystery.’

Does he think KP found the baby already deceased and just decided to dispose of the body on his own? Or, does he think KP has been wrongfully charged? Or maybe he thinks KP killed the child but there will never be enough evidence to charge him? This statement makes absolutely no sense to me - how could he be saying that already? The investigation is still in the very early stages.

Maybe he means why it happened will remain an "unsolved mystery"?

Yep. I can't get over it. I haven't been drunk in many years, but I have to believe that alcohol doesn't make you just not care about something like that. I would think at the very LEAST you would go check on the baby! Personally, there are very few people I'd go to bed with them still in my home. I'm just so angry about all of this!

Clearly they live a very different lifestyle than many of us are familiar with.

He confessed to his step dad
Attempted to destroy evidence to escape being charged
And he pleads not guilty?

This happens all the time.

I'm thinking Uncle Adam omitted what he really saw when telling the media, probably by request of LE.

Good point, I think LE kept the family from saying a lot to keep Parker from feeling suspected. I also think that may play a bit into why the family had difficulty keeping their stories straight, that and whiskey.

Maybe K became aware that the DP may be on the table and decided to spin it? I'm sure LE has some forensics that was not destroyed by bleach. IMO they threw the book at him and rightfully so. I just cant see them doing so based on a Confession and nothing else. I wish some of the Family statements were not out there. IMO a Defense Lawyer is going to have a field day with it.

Isn,t it an automatic 'not guilty' plea if the death penalty is involved or is that a state by state thing?
