So he saw Parker carrying 'something' that had a foot, and he didn't go check on the sleeping baby at that point?
Geez guys, he had "sleepy eyes."
*sarcasm alert*

How did the step father refrain from strangling him right on the spot?
Am I reading too much into this or am I starting to see a pattern with this guy as far as victims. Worked at a Funeral Home, worked at a Nursing/Rehab Center and now a very young child. I am mortified!!!!
Why would you be mortified? 'Mortified' means embarrassed, ashamed or humiliated.

Yep. I can't get over it. I haven't been drunk in many years, but I have to believe that alcohol doesn't make you just not care about something like that. I would think at the very LEAST you would go check on the baby! Personally, there are very few people I'd go to bed with them still in my home. I'm just so angry about all of this!
Clearly they live a very different lifestyle than many of us are familiar with.
I bet dear Shaylyn was targeted. Pedofile's often find their victims with a family or caretaker that's neglectful of their child's safety. They look for these opportunities.
I hope he hasn't abused others.

A little bit on Indiana death penalty. It can be pursued for murder cases with these aggravating circumstances:
IC 35-50-2-9 Death Sentence
(1) The defendant committed the murder by intentionally killing the victim while committing or attempting to commit any of the following:
(A) Arson (IC 35-43-1-1).
(B) Burglary (IC 35-43-2-1).
(C) Child molesting (IC 35-42-4-3).
(D) Criminal deviate conduct (IC 35-42-4-2).
(E) Kidnapping (IC 35-42-3-2).
(F) Rape (IC 35-42-4-1).
(G) Robbery (IC 35-42-5-1).
(H) Carjacking (IC 35-42-5-2).
(I) Criminal Gang Activity (IC 35-45-9-3).
(J) Dealing in cocaine or a narcotic drug (IC 35-48-4-1).
KP has been charged with 3 out of 10.

I think most of us understood the meaning Bravo intended.
He confessed to his step dad
Attempted to destroy evidence to escape being charged
And he pleads not guilty?
:behindbar:
Sorry... just a knee-jerk response to the sound of fingernails on a chalkboard (for me), and my nerves are raw with this horror.
In one of the early interviews (maybe the phone call with the journalist?), Justin said he thought Shaylyn's abduction might be in retaliation for something. I wonder if there was a reason that Kyle took Shaylyn and subsequently raped and murdered her? Was he trying to get back at the brothers for some (real or perceived) misdeed, or is he just a sick, perverted SOB?
Synonymous with horrified and appalled. I think we all know what Bravo meant.
Yes, it seems astonishing to me, but, if your mind would not even consider any ill fate would come to a baby, then Adam may not have even realized what he "saw" at the time, and it wasn't until Shaylyn was missing and the family was going over the events of that night, that Adam suddenly realized what he " saw".
