He raped her in the car...what evidence would you expect in the crib?

i also found it odd that the crib was destroyed and, as for evidence, well maybe there could be some DNA from previous messing around?

Yeah, I'm not on FB either. Some FB pages are public and anyone can read them (but not comment). If not, though, we are pretty much SOL, because IIRC, quotes from personal FB are not allowed here?

Correct. I am still mad at FB. I set up a dummy account for cases here and People still found me. I just don't trust it and after being on FB for a Private Forum prior I still was sent a virus with a disgusting post.

Heartbreaking and really messed up, I think. He says he thought he saw a foot, but just WENT BACK TO BED??
i have a huge problem with that claim, too. If AA was even mildly aware that Kyle was intoxicated, was interested in younger girls (younger to the extent friends found it inappropriate enough to mention), liked to watch 🤬🤬🤬🤬 that was violent etc., and Kyle was not a friend that AA had known all his life (as he claims) that he could trust with the life of his prescious, defenseless 14 month old niece, who was left alone in the living room, with no one awake/present to protect her, why blow something like that off? If I saw someone I was only mildly familiar with, and knew the above about them, and they were leaving my home between 3-4am after a night of drinking whisky and god knows what else they were up to, & when I shouted out to them asking where they were off to (maybe concerned about drunk driving, although in this case I doubt it), & I was ignored, that would be enough for me to run outside and see what was up. But if, in addition, I thought Kyle was carrying something (someone), & I saw what I thought was a little foot, I would wake up from my sleepy/drunk eyes REAL QUICK. Kyle was just in AAs bedroom. Being that there was only 1 accessibly exit, AA could presume Kyle had passed by sleeping Shaylyn, who was not being supervised/protected by any of the family in the home. Presuming all that, if I thought I saw a little foot, I would be all KYLE YOU MOTHERFER WHAT THE F ARE YOU CARRYING AND WHAT THE F DO YOU THINK YOURE DOING, all while tearing thru the house and out the door, or just jumping out the bedroom window. I can assure that no way in heck would I just go back to sleep. And if I was in the situation, ran outside screaming obscenities, tackled Kyle, & realized he was carrying nothing other than his coat (or anything other than Shaylyn), I wouldn't care. Oops, sorry man, you know I was just mess on with you.. Too much whisky ya know... IMO who cares, because of it were the baby, I wouldn't want my ego to have been more important that having kept her safe/alive, & I sure as heck couldn't live with myself knowing I saw what I saw and just went back to sleep.
All JMO, but something (someone) still stinks here.

Everyone, please remember, no rumors. No rumors from Facebook or anywhere else.

I promise you if someone posts a rumor within 2 posts that "rumor" becomes a "fact." Then the "fact" is spread to other social media outlets, then the police get calls from people on Social Media because they want to pass along this "fact' to help the investigation. Then the police have to come out and state this "fact" is not a fact but a rumor.

Then the police all gather around the water cooler and complain about Social Media saying what a pain in the rear all of it has become.

Then Websleuths gets painted with that brush of causing problems for the police.

I am not making one single bit of this up.

No rumors, no posting from comments of other media outlets. No Facebook.

Please, I am begging you here, keep to the facts and your opinions.

Thank you,

Tricia

im sure he did, she is a tiny baby. sick f@#$!!!!!

She couldn't articulate, but he may have done enough damage that it would have been obvious what he'd done.

And yes, people need to be careful, but at the same time, the vast majority of children are molested by people their parents know and trust. Child molesters are incredibly good at getting parents to trust them. That's how they manage to get into positions of authority -- priests, pastors, teachers, scout leaders, coaches, etc. They *seem trustworthy. I don't know if this particular creature was like that, but he has pictures of himself with little girls all over his Facebook page (and my heart quakes for those children and their parents right now), so he clearly came across as a person who was "good with children." Even the uncle talked about how good he was at rocking Shaylyn to sleep.

According to the link above, Shaylyn wasn't found clothed. It appeared that he tried to burn her clothes. That was one of the most sickening articles I've ever read.

I know. So why would TM think she was found clothed and share that? Doesn't seem like a detail you would soon forget.

Just so we don't forget :)

More access to easy victims ...

Because I don't think he's a pedophile. I think he's an opportunistic monster.

Agreed. Pedophilia is attraction to prepubescent children, but if his preference was 12-14 year olds, that's hebephilia. And I think the majority of those attracted to children are pretty specific about what age ranges they are attracted to. I think he's more interested in the power over his victims, possibly an extreme sadist, but there's a lot of things he could be and monster is definitely one of them.

The link was sickening.

I want to thank KP's stepfather for doing the right thing. He encouraged KP to talk to the police and didn't try to hide or cover up anything.

Right? Even if I saw a beloved and trusted family member leaving at 3 AM with a baby I would be chasing them down thinking they were going to the ER or were sleepwalking. There is no excuse for not doing something.

Agree. Strongly

that article made me ill and cry :( sick sick sick. I feel like this case about as strongly as baby chance now. she must have been so hurt and scared. that poor little girl :(

I stopped posting after Shaylyn was found, mainly because it was starting to look like Kyle acted alone and well, I had nothing nice to say about the family even if that was the case. IMO it makes more sense that this was yet another "family friend murders child" incident than some sort of family conspiracy. I was waiting for the formal charges to be announced. Ugh, maybe not too surprising but so ugly nevertheless. :(

Having said that, after reading the following I don't think I can muster up the expected sympathy for the family - or at least some of the family members:

Adam Ammerman told police that he saw Kyle Parker leaving the house between 3:00 and 4:00 am. Adam saw that Parker was carrying something. Adam told investigators he yelled to say good-bye to Parker, but Parker would not turn around. Adam said he thought he saw a foot dangling from Parker's side but wasn't sure. He went back to bed at that point.

Adam Ammerman also told police that his mother walked into the house one day and found Kyle Parker sitting in a rocking chair drunk, holding Shaylyn in his lap. He told police Kyle liked to watch pornographic movies which featured people being spanked. Police interviewed some of Kyle Parker's other friends, who said he liked pornographic videos with sadistic and masochistic themes, and that Kyle Parker was attracted to younger girls 12 to 14 years old, something Parker denied when he was being questioned by police later.

RIP little Shaylyn. :rose:

So if no one has a job in the Ammerman/Morgan household... how are they buying booze, groceries, a brand new laptop, toys & diapers for the baby, smokes, paying for such things like DISH satellite tv programming packages, rent, heat, etc.?

Baby Chance's twisted excuses for parents almost seem kind, compared to what KP did to this baby. And that's saying a LOT.

Yes, exactly. I trust my husband basically implicitly, but if I saw him carrying our daughter off in the middle of the night if want to see what was up. Basically is assume the house was on fire or something, but I'd not being going back to sleep no matter how drunk I was.

I don't know about the actual living conditions with this family. We've heard a few snippets of interviews from the people living there and because of that, we believe the environment that has been represented was overall and regularly unsafe for Shaylyn. But in looking back, without compliance of a court order or an order from DHR, Shaylyn's mother chose to leave Shaylyn in the care of those same people, in that same environment, for an extended (at least two months) period of time. She apparently knew that to be a safe and nurturing environment for her infant daughter, or so it seems, or why would she have done so? She didn't have to allow that and it actually sounds like it was her suggestion in the first place. Or, did she realize what type of environment it was and place Shaylyn there anyway? Thoughts?

I can't wrap my head around why TM would say this if she wasn't found clothed and her clothes burned????
