Caylin Scott's case has disappeared :( I can find nothing on the docket for her anymore :( I hope they didn't let her off. She already had a history of neglecting a child by failing to feed it prior to neglecting Silas to death.

Jakob's case for murder of Silas

A judge sentenced the Warrick County, Indiana, woman convicted of fatally starving her 3-month-old child to serve 65 years in prison during a hearing Friday.
Judge sentences Warrick County mother convicted in baby’s starvation death

Caylin Scot was tried found guilty and sentenced to 65 years. Perhaps she should have more seriously considered those offers of a plea from the state.

as to daddy dearest Jakob, still no clue if he accepted plea or not - a status hearing (yet another) took place yesterday but the docket shows nothing about it or any future court date.

Looks like we won't have long to wait, I wish he hadn't been given a plea but there it is. :(

Rest easy little man, this long road to justice is almost complete.
