The St. Joseph County Coroner's Office has identified the man whose body was pulled from the St. Joseph River Wednesday afternoon. The man is Kirk Miller, 53, most recently of 420 N. Cottage Grove in South Bend, whose body was found around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday in a stretch of the St. Joseph River near the 400 block of Niles Avenue in South Bend.
