police say they found out she had put enough crushed headache medicine to kill an adult, into the child’s milk.

Firstly, what is with these milk stories in cases right now.

It sounds like her mom found the texts and the contaminated milk before it was fed to the baby.

Upon finding the messages, Rodriguez-Miranda’s mom went to examine the bottles and found the breast milk was an off color, authorities said,

The infant was immediately brought to the emergency room for examination, but didn’t show any signs of poisoning.

Man charged in alleged plot to poison baby girl using crushed painkillers

An Indiana man has been charged with conspiring with his girlfriend to try to poison her infant niece by adding crushed painkillers to a bottle of breast milk.

The Journal Gazette reports that 23-year-old Sir Marshall S. Snyder III, also known as Marshall Snyder, is accused of telling Sarai Rodriguez-Miranda to kill the girl in text and Facebook messages. Records say the 23-year-old Fort Wayne man helped her flee to Michigan, where she was arrested last September.

Snyder is charged with aiding attempted murder. Court records don't list a lawyer for him.

Man Helped Girlfriend Try to Kill Baby by Putting Crushed-Up Painkillers in Breast Milk Bottle

The 23-year-old Indiana man accused of aiding his girlfriend in her attempts to kill her infant niece by lacing her bottle with pills has been sentenced to 15 years in prison, PEOPLE confirms.

Sir Marshall S. Snyder III, 23, was sentenced Tuesday for helping his girlfriend, Sarai Rodriguez-Miranda, 20, poison her baby niece back in January 2017.

Rodriguez-Miranda pleaded guilty to one count of attempted murder last March and was sentenced to 25 years behind bars in May.

Near as I can tell she is still in prison. The probation part is likely post release after 25 years.
