I had an idea that something's up. It's been quiet here and also on Mongo topix. Hope so...this one needs to be solved!

How's rosco the dog doing these days?

Hi Lost Indie.... Rosco the puppy is fine these days. Thanks for asking.

Been busy with life and such. Nothing really 'big' on any news regarding Dad and Darleen's Case...

I dont even go Topix anymore. The Trolls that were on there making all these false statments and saying stuff just to get me to post info - just got me to a point in my life (angry all the time) that i decided back in Oct 09 - not even read or look on that Topix anymore. It became a cancer to me and my cause... so I have not read or posted on any Topix forum in months!!
I figured I have a ton of pps who love me that still read that thread - and if anything were to be said or of interest - i would be notified. :crazy:
Trolls were making me soooo angry on that Topix... !!!!:furious:

All is well.. Still here and waiting for JUSTICE in 2010!!

I truely hope that you do find justice in 2010. No one should have to go through what you have been through.
 
Good grief, rattling off again is she. Does she kiss her chidren with that mouth? If she still has any access to supervised visitation with them. Apparently being off drugs hasn't helped her much if she still harbors that much anger she needs to use that language to express herself.

I personally don't care for the topix forums because there is almost no moderation of any kind for them and some of the posts wouldn't even make it onto the most liberal of yahoo group forums.

I think Amanda tossing out someone else's name who worked with Terry is just an avenue to get the heat off herself. There is NO WAY LE would have shared that information with Amanda if he was in any way involved with Terry and Darlenes murder. Perhaps, if that person was really charged with another murder - and I have no information as of right now he has- this is pure speculation on her part he had any involvement in Terry and Darleens murder.

ETA: Rosco, if and when you read Amanda's post, please try and take it with a grain of salt. Apparently her brain was permanently altered from the drug abuse, or she just hasn't been clean long enough to resolve her responsibility for the issues in her life. So she is still pointing fingers and making excuses for her choices and behavior. We all know you are not the person she is claiming, nor are any of your family members what she is claiming.

I Googled the name she tossed out and he has, in fact, been arrested for an unrelated murder. Or at least someone with that same name has been, in southern Indiana. No mentions of him being charged with anything in Mongo, however.
 
Thank you DK. Do we know if he in fact worked with Terry? Can you post a link here? at least that way we can sleuth the possibility a bit. I still do not believe for a minute that LE would divulge that charges will be forthcoming with Amanda. She has never made any attempts to stay in communication with LE that we know of regarding solving this case. In fact her efforts most likely hampered the investigation by putting up all those fliers with the missing items.... I'm sure the ties are known and if they didn't make their way to a pawn shop or an unaware stranger they are long gone.

It's my understanding that a Durbin once worked for Terry, yes. So it's possible. Which doesn't mean anything as far as the murders go, when you consider the source of the accusation, lol. But it does seem he worked for him, at least.
 
It's kind of interesting, isn't it? Terry Durbin worked with Terry Anderson, TD was involved in drugs and if he is convicted of this murder then we will know he has the capacity to commit such a crime. If TD knew TA had a large amount of cash on him to purchase the boat could it be feasible he wanted that money for drugs or to pay off a drug dealer or just because he wanted the money? Whoever killed Terry and Darlene was familiar with the house and where things were kept and again TD fits that profile. IF he had something to do with it that would be great if he started talking while in prison. If he ends up going away for a long time for murder he might start talking in an attempt to make himself look tough and make the other inmates leery of him.

I wish Rosco would drop by and give us her thoughts about Terry Durbin.

With all due respect, Terry Durbin has not been convicted of anything, so we cannot say he has the capacity to kill. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty, especially on WS. :)

Beyond that, it makes for an interesting twist to the case, but again, consider the source. Maybe someone should tell Durbin's attorney that someone ("A") is going online telling people he was arrested for a murder that he was not arrested for. That's slander and libel, and might loosen his lips a little.
 
Thanks DK - I was totally of the mindset he had already been convicted. Thanks for pulling me back down to earth.

Especially not without charging him. He has not been charged with Terry and Darlenes murder.

With A's drug history, history of neglecting her children and having social services remove them from her care, I highly doubt LE would entrust her with any sensitive details regarding the case. I think A just took the circumstantial connection and decided for herself Durbin was responsible. I'd bet money LE said nothing of the such to her. I don't even know they would tell A they had a person of interest, or a strong suspect.

go for it! Someone should tell him. If nothing else, if TD has info, perhaps he will spill it for leniency?

I'm just seeing the way the crimes were committed two different ways. One with a gun, the other without.
 
I've been hearing that "A" has been arrested again for drugs and is back in jail in Michigan. I cannot confirm it, yet, though.

The website lists a physical address in Detroit MI, so maybe it's similar to A's situation?
