Over the weekend, I emailed Mr. Scott McCord and asked if they had considered NAMUS #UP4847 being Ms. Kimberly Blackburn.Given that this case is almost completely off the radar with no identifiers available, I can't help but wonder if this is Kimberly Blackburn.

She fits perfectly to all available info.
* Her height (5'5") is spot on.
* Her age (25) is within range.
* Her Date LKA 29-May-1983 fits the UID's 1983-84 timeframe.
* The location (Union County IN) is just up the road about 50 miles from Indianapolis.
Scott McCord is listed as a contributor to the NAMUS case, and it has been hard to get ahold of Union County Coroner.
**I'm only just now seeing this post.
I have been working on many missing & unidentified cases in Indiana & will share more when I can, but, wanted to say that..
Mr. Scott McCord stated he would be looking into this.. So, fingers crossed!
I think it very well may be Kimberly, especially with The Charley Projects description stating,
"She had left home before for extended time periods, but she'd never been gone for this long. She told her mother,
'If you don't hear from me before or on Daddy's birthday, something's wrong.'
On her father's birthday on October 23, 1983, all of Blackburn's five siblings called him, but she did not."
Which leads me to believe she had died prior to October 23, 1983.
