Found Safe IN - Victor Sumba, 12, Plainfield, 29 July 2017

Victor is a 12-year-old black male, 4’5″ ft, with a slim build and short hair.

He was last seen at the Gladden Farms Apartments on Saturday at approximately 11 a.m.

Police say he may have a red backpack and wearing blue slide shoes and a blue and gray jacket.

That is just such a precious picture, of him carrying the toddler, being all big brother/cousin (I'm assuming). And he's not big himself, but it looks like he's having no trouble.

Hope this adorable kid finds his way home soon, and safely.
