Indecent Exposure Charges

LE still needs to back it up IMO. If someone says they are with so-and-so on Thursday at 4pm, they immediately call so-and-so and have them corroborate their story.

There needs to be back up evidence if the M's are choosing to use that as some kind of alibi for sure. Anyone can say "I was somewhere else with that other person who was accused of the same crime I am accused of." It doesn't make it any kind of valid alibi, though.

Murder charges for T and S have been dismissed.

An obstruction of justice charge has also been dismissed for T.

Two charges of indecent exposure have been dismissed against both.

M's are still charged with kidnapping. S also still faces obstruction of justice charges.
