If so if she came as she said ( not literally folks ha) at 4 in the morning he would still have seen a vehicle there as he would have to finagle around it right? I don't know... I think for sure she made her way into the house and was upstairs. These roommates seem to come and go but that week one was staying mostly at his girlfriends!

I think she got to Travis MUCH later than 4am. I think she was within hours of the house, I think when Travis told his roommate at 6am or 7am? that he only slept 45 minutes, Jodi was NOT there yet. I think she had called him and they fought. When I drive to Mesa from So Cal... Right near the California/Arizona border, you are about 1.5 hours from his house only.

I wish i knew the pings, where she called him from. I suspect he did NOT know she was coming and they fought on the phone a bit, maybe over the recorded sex call. I think that's why he said to the roommate he had not slept.

I do think she just showed up, went into his room and left his open camera bag outside his bedroom. She took the camera inside (at this point, no roommate is home) at maybe at 9am she went in. He was asleep.

Now I don't know what happened when he realized she was there, now that I know she has done that before and she has even hidden in closets and been there when he got home (and been sleeping on his bed or couch) this is HER personality, her behaviors. She can't help herself and now she has come to kill him.

I still think she had sunblock in a last ditch effort to see if the prince charming in him will emerge and things will be ok. If not she simply will kill him, this man will not go to Cancun with someone else.. Over her dead body

If their client lies to them and they build a defense on that, that's one thing, but when JA admitted to Nurmi that she killed TA, for example, Nurmi couldn't say "well, let's just stick with the ninja story anyway" could he?

It was either self defense or temporary insanity/passion killing. No doubt she'd never go for anything having to with diminished mental capacity as you saw from her reaction to the juror questions relating to getting help for her 'memory' or 'mental health issues'!

When you read her letter to the state asking for plea deal of 2nd degree you see she is literally trying to threaten to drag TA and his family, friends through the mud if they don't comply. Really reads like a threat. So she'd been thinking about this for some time.

I think it's going to come back & bite her because it appears she attempted witness tampering and evidence tampering using MM. With the coded magazine messages and the forged pedo 'confessions' supposedly written by Travis.

This was only given up because her own document examiner said they weren't written by him plus they were copies. No originals. Thinking MM had something to do with getting them to her in jail somehow.

JM has lots more to present in this case and this could be part of that!

And now Juan Martinez has proof she's been LYING.
After all the BS she told the jury after they asked her..

"After all the lies you told, why should we believe you now!?"
For them to find out she's been lying to them while supposedly she's been telling the truth, finally coming clean in a sense, will make them doubt everything she's said on the stand.

I need for Juan to TEAR her testimony apart in rebuttal and show the jury that even when she was telling them "believe me NOW, I'm telling the truth NOW" she was lying to them!!

I am starting to feel a little worried now, after a day of reflection. I was very happy at first, upon hearing the jurors questions. It was obvious they weren't buying her BS.

HOWEVER, I am worried that after she had that time to think about the questions and work out her NEW lies, that some of the jurors might feel like she successfully answered their concerns.

And a couple of those questions show that at least one juror is one her side. The 'camera delayed him' question worries me big time.

I don't know the answer to this specifically but, because of this trial, I was looking up sociopaths/psychopaths online and I found this interesting blog/web community focused on the challenges of living as a sociopath, clearly those people had either self-diagnosed or been professionally diagnosed and were quite aware.

I understand why she needed 3 gas cans (total of 15 extra gallons) to get to AZ and out of AZ, but why did she fill up that 3rd can in SLC? Talk about a dumb move. I mean I'm glad she did it and I'm glad she used her CC to do so, but at that point she didn't need an extra gas can's worth of fuel, right?

Others in the thread have said that it was to prove your point about gas being cheaper in that state. practically though, but I don't understand, it when I take my tank to fill up for the lawn mower I fill my gas and my car At the same time. I prepare the can and if I had more than 1 I would prepare both, before I take the hose off of its cradle to fill my car and the can on the same transaction.

Because just watching from thousands of miles away, in my living room I cannot even accurately describe what is the complete and total absence that I see in watching and hearing her testify.. I mean its truly amazing to me that I am watching another human being that is so devoid of even the most basic characteristics of bearing a soul.. IMO its almost as tho she is a foreign alien of an origin unknown to us that consists of human skin, organs, and bones like all of us, but the similarities end there of human qualities..it really is truly an amazing sight to actually see its existence and yet at the same time utter, bone chilling terror that overcomes me in the realization of what has occurred due to this indiviual's having used those few human like qualities she does have to manipulate and then literally destroy this victim, Travis Alexander..

She has been able to hide in plain sight amongst the masses under the guise as ONE OF US until the time came that her true and real identity emerged and was literally unleashed in horror on Travis Alexander that June 4th afternoon.. while I do very much believe that along her lifetime there have been those who caught glimpses of this real identity at various stages and points, as a result of various situations that allowed or brought forward this true self .. I do however believe that June 4ths reveal was complete and unabated and in my minds eye I honestly believe that even my most disturbing scenarios that I've run thru in my head of how that day truly played out..even the most horrific versions pale in comparison to the actual reality of what that ultimate reveal consisted of and just what it was that Travis was forced to bear witness to as the guise was fully lifted, fully exposing the monster that lay beneath ..

Gone was the facade of the quite esthetically attractive young woman with whom he had shared his most intimate moments of his short life with... Gone was the mask of the young, fresh faced, Southern California gal.. Gone was any sparkle in her eyes that she had learned to mimic and was mistaken for a living, breathing SOUL inside of her.. Gone were all those traits that she had used to lure Travis into the ultimate deathtrap that she was about to reveal.. imo in that moment in time when the cloak was fully disrobed and what "IT" was that now stood before Travis in full disclosure was IMO immediately recognized by Travis as being one of the most purest of evil origins.. IMO I believe Travis became fully aware of what he was facing, and what he was up against in that moment in time..

But IMO it sadly appears as tho she struck simultaneously as she shed the guise therefor leaving Travis mortally wounded at that moment of realization when he for the first time was looking into the eyes of that purest of evil FULLY UNMASKED in all of its wretched, evil glory.. I believe that Travis knew in that moment that this was likely a situation that he would NOT survive with his life.. and I personally cannot even imagine just what terror that would strike in one as they were coming to realize just what was happening and just who it was that was fully in control of deciding whether he survived or not, and knowing after looking into those eyes of evil that the decision had already long since been made..that decision being to extinguish his light and his life from this earth.. its obviously a moment that the vast majority of us will never know or have to experience and therefor never have to fully comprehend what depths of evil that we are talking about here WRT Jodi Arias.

I do fully believe that evil does reside within that hollow, humanoid shell that is Jodi Arias.. I honestly am conflicted on what and how I believe that this type of evil comes to exist inside of a human being as I come to learn more and more when speaking of this particular breed of being that is Jodi Arias, that with many that soullessness and dark heart appear to have been present from an extremely young age, and early stage of life...so, it is that, that keeps me from understanding from where and when it originates and/or comes to reside and therefor become very much a very real part of the person..

What I am very much certain is that Jodi Arias is NOT like you and I and that any similarities begin and end with the outer aesthetics, inner structure and biological make up of human organs..beyond that IMO we delve into something that is so foreign and alien, and most importantly scarily void of anything except that of darkness through and through.. and its my opinion that fortunately for us as a society she for whatever cause/reason is completely incapable and unable to successfully mask and cover who and what she really is.. is that because once that full and total reveal occurred showing her true identity and in those very, very few seconds and minutes that were to immediately follow she unleashed the purest of evil with the ultimate of brutality and utter abandonment of all and any restraint in her inflicting such a horrific and complete evisceration of a full grown, healthy, young adult male as she slaughtered him..as she singlehandedly destroyed his physical being in a manner that mere words can never even begin to describe, while ensuring to permanently extinguish what was the bright, literal room filling with light and life as he walked into a room, larger than life personality that was Travis Alexander.. Complete and total destruction in just literally a matter of a few hundred seconds of time from start to finish..<--is it this full reveal and what it was that transpired in those minutes that were to follow...is it this as to why IMO she remains "outted"..unable to retreat back inside under the guise or mask of you and I..unable to cover and conceal that which she prior had been able to hide???.. I don't know, maybe..whatever it is that is the reason or cause that disallows her to remask that which she unleashed is what IMO allows us as society to remain safe atleast from her being once again amongst us..

IMO the evil that does still remain even to the naked eye of you and I where once was concealed behind the mask is what will not only take her down the path of being found GUILTY by a jury of her peers for the slaughtering of Travis' physical body AND the extinguishing from this earth what was the light of his soul..it will also be what takes her down the ultimate path of death as payment here on earth for the evil she unleashed on him as well.. IMO sadly it took Travis' life being taken as that which ultimately would keep Jodi Arias from being able to hurt, harm, and kill anyone else in this life..

All jmo and my apologies for the long, droning post I know to many will likely seem over dramatic, but IMO what and who Jodi Arias is, is truly just that damn dark, and that damn all encompassing of the purest of evil..jmo, tho.

I looked at the camera delaying him question as...he wasn't really chasing her like she thought, he was checking his camera. She retrieved the gun and shot him in the bathroom and then cut him up without provocation. But then hey...I'm not in that juror's head. lol

I believe memory cards for cameras are fairly universal in size. She could bring just about any card and know it would fit. IMO

I am specifically thinking of SD Cards. . .and then there are micro SD Cards. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Oh, thanks - I'd forgotten about that. I was trying to think of a way she might have changed hair color without detection, if JM hasn't tracked down a salon or other place she might have used. A wig could have been pulled or knocked off during the murder, I guess, but then there would most likely be wig fibers, too. So there goes that idea.
