Could it be that they are hoping for a negligence charge rather than something else?
I couldn't watch the interviews today. I just can't stomach those two right now. But I'm curious to know if any of the interviewers asked DB and JI why they haven't been pleading for the abductor to return their baby in the media? And why they haven't they been actively involved in searching, posting flyers, command posts, prayer vigils, etc. Did anyone ask and how did the parents respond?
I'm not buying into the "Drunk" scenario at all. I will even state that anything she says I will not take as FACT. Her stories has changed and too much going on. Not believing her one iota!
I don't think it had to do with GJ, more for anyone out there asked to serve on a trial jury.
The biggest bombshell to me isn't even the drinking. Yes that is bad that she drank enough to be drunk. But changing her story to the last time she saw Lisa was at 6:40 floored me. So there was not 7:30 there was no 10:30. She didn't even check on her before going to bed? And the baby monitor was in the bedroom. So from the time she put baby Lisa in the bed how many hours did she spend on the porch drinking with the neighbor where there was no monitor? No checking?
The changing of the time also bothered me, as well as her statement that "I was the last one who saw her." It just seems strange to me that she would say that so definitively.
Megyn Kelly's interview was by far the best out of the three I've seen.
I wanted to hear DB say, "I drank alot. Damn! I wish so bad I hadn't! I was irresponsible!" Nope, instead she downplays her responsibility in the disappearance of her daughter. I'm further convinced that she killed Lisa, accidentally, by passing out on top of her (LKB even theorized this on Joy Behar).

During the Today Show interview, did DB admit that she had not talked to the other children about what happened that night? Is this true? I can't listen to the video right now, hubby lurking. xo

It's my understanding that DB does not drive. This has been posted here at WS but no one seems to know the reason why Deborah doesn't drive (beyond a somewhat lame excuse about her not being insured). I can't help wondering if she has ever had a drivers' license, if it has been suspended or revoked, and reasons behind this action?
Yes. I can't even fathom that.During the Today Show interview, did DB admit that she had not talked to the other children about what happened that night? Is this true? I can't listen to the video right now, hubby lurking. xo

I wonder if this is when Jeremy went to work that night (6:40 pm)? When did he see Lisa? Was he at home when DB put Lisa in the crib?
