Well, I do see now how CA can still hang onto the fantasy. I can't believe people that actually send e-mails swearing that the "Caylee remains are fake" and that the "local FBI" is onto the kidnappers who are hanging out at a bungalo and swimming in the community pool a lot. No matter how much I disagree with nearly EVERYTHING they do, I have to have some sympathy for the fact that the A's will have to deal with wierdo leads forever! Sick people in this world....even sicker than I'd imagined!

I'd like to believe Cindy is still hanging on to the fantasy (and pity her) but I just don't see it. Seems to me this is all a deliberate attempt to cast doubt in the public. She's been in spin mode since she slipped with the "been a dead body in the damn car." IMO.

well at least we know where Cindy got her "logic" from when she ranted during her Morgaon depos about the guest card signed, or not, by ZG at Sawgrass; the spelling of ZG and how Morgon knew it wasn't his client Casey had referred to; etc. etc.

And IMO, BC is not a very competent attorney. I think the longer he continues in this case the more credibility he loses, and I don't think he may have had alot in the first place. Allowing yourself to be played by your clients is not indicative of a good attorney.

And DC? Wow! I get the sense through all of these emails that he was doing his best to try and convince everyone he was providing a invaluable service and that he is an elite PI. I have worked with former CIA, FBI, DEA and IRS agents, and this guy is so far below their level of capability...that it truly astounds me. Some of this stuff just leaves me speechless and shaking my head. 99% of the BS he is putting forth or chasing would never in a million years makes its way into evidence. He's chasing leads that the defense will never be able to use. I truly hope he never sees a dime from this case.

Did anyone else happen to notice that the letter from DC to the A's confirming his hiring is missing the second page? Its 1 of 3 and 3 of 3...but no 2 of 3...unless it somewhere else?

The A's have definitely worked overtime to "free KC",but I think part of the reason they continue ,is to avoid grieving .They stay angry at everyone else,SA,bloggers, people leaving memorial items, everyone. They focus on every negative aspect of others because it keeps them from focusing on what their daughter did to their grandaughter. They are willing to cause grief and pain for others ,in order to avoid those very feelings for themselves. They have surrounded themselves with yes people, willing to encourage them in throwing innocents under the bus. They get a thrill from every little negative they can find on ANYONE ELSE.It's like a drug that keeps them from feeling the grief and the horror at what actually went on in their home,in their family. They don't care who they have to hurt as long as they don't hurt,as long as they don't have to take any responsibility.
Just my own opinion,of course.

That was somehow "Left out". It is the page that shows how his compensation works.

One of the news stations pointed it out yesterday, but I skimmed thru so much footage I don't remember which station it was...

My hope is that the State Attorney calls him on it and asks him to produce it. NOW. heh

I don't think it's fear of not hurting that they go on a rampage to destroy other people's lives. I think CA especially gets a thrill out of it. The only person in that family that has shown any kind of conscience is GA and even that was very fleeting. It makes me so sad, because even if Caylee was alive today she never would have had a chance to grow into a normal adult.

I truly believe that they are soooo delusional, have so convinced themselves that KC did not kill Caylee, because that is the ONLY way they can live with themselves. They are living in a fantasy world. The meanness of CA just comes natural. She is one devious biot(h. I firmly believe both GA and CA will go to their graves in denial. Freeing KC gives them a reason to go on, and to want to continue to free her, they have to believe their fantasy. That is not to say I feel sorry for them. I don't. Callous as that may sound. They have made their living hell thru their own actions.

I believe they have known since the moment they got the car home. After a short period of denial as expected, once they talked to Casey they KNEW what had happened.

It's amazing to me that Cindy, a nurse, who had to have studied biology and chemistry among other sciences, doesn't understand the science behind forensics.

Oh but she does.

I agree,it's not out of fear. It's a well honed skill she's probably used all her life.Try to pic at the worst in others ,even if it's not true,in order to avoid any feelings. The thrill is the "high" they get every time they score.

They searched for Caylee on the internet? How did they think that they were going to find her? Was she posting on myspace or a blog somewhere?

Oh right......the kidnapper was posting about kidnapping Caylee.....got it.

Did they think the reporter D'onofrio (or whatever) has Caylee? No that was dirt digging.

That makes no sense at all to me. They were digging up dirt...nothing more, nothing less. I don't even remember them typing her name more than once or twice. It was and still is a witch hunt.

Uhmmm....where do we do the bulk of our research?
And I recall several doc dumps including internet searches and blogger comments. So its ok for us and LE, but not them? I just dont get all these double standards.

Of course it's fine for them to look at the internet. It was certainly more interesting to them than physically searching for Caylee. And this is one of only a few forums that actually has investigative types on it. CA seemed much more interested in reading and printing out the gossipy, snarky ones and seeing if she could get them shut down or sue them for defamation. Good thing she had so much spare time on her hands to think about her own reputation. She appeared to the public as much more concerned with her media perception (remember her screaming at the reporter from Fox or wherever that it was the "last exclusive" they'd get) and her daughter's than finding her lost grandchild.

She took it upon herself to be vocal, highly visible and very public about defending her daughter and was angry if anyone either looked for a body or questioned her daughter's suspicious behavior. She lost no opportunity to put up Caylee's picture on every available outlet and talk about her without ever even helping or thanking those who actually searched. And every time Caylee's name was mentioned in her on-air "cameos", she immediately used it as an opportunity to campaign for KC's innocence. I think her own highly hypocritical behavior was evident from the beginning, and I just don't think it contrasts well with whatever people in cyberspace have done. She made her media bed - and never once took the high road. I'm happy for her to sleep in it.

Respectfully edited for brevity.

I admit I was speed-reading and may have missed something.

But, in all those emails, I didn't see a plan for finding Caylee, or any effort to go to the various locations, or speak with the people cited.

All I saw were a bunch of unsubstantiated allegations, personal opinions, trash talk, and bad science.

In fact, there appeared to be little mention of Caylee, or of motive, method, opportunity, or even connection to Caylee, re: the people discussed.
IMO the only thing the family was desperate to find was someone other than their daughter to blame.

Not sure I am making the connection??

It is one thing to search for INFORMATION on the internet

But a totally different thing to search for a supposed LIVING CHILD on the internet??? (which is what 100% Agave was referring to...them searching for a LIVE CAYLEE!)

I'm still waiting for the photos they were going to show everyone...pics taken in Georgia, right? Anyway, isn't this moot? I thought that DC basically said he was just investigating the "circumstances" around her disappearance...that he wasn't actually out there searching. I remember how dumbfounded I was...left wondering if he wasn't looking...then who was? So what they were doing online...nah...it wasn't searching. At least not for precious Caylee. JMO

LOL. "Circumstances" is Koolaid Kode for "anyone within proximity to throw under a bus".

We are SOO on the same wavelength with this.. and on this topic, I don't think Lee knows what a thrill (or a "high") is!
