Iowa numbers for Tues. March 2 and Wed. March 3:
Mar. 2: Iowa passes 180,000 completed vaccinations as active COVID-19 cases drop below 15,000 452 new confirmed cases, 1,395 more recovering, and 26 more had passed away.
Mar. 3: Iowa reports 3 additional COVID-19 deaths, over 6,000 more vaccine completions
631 new confirmed cases, 895 more reocovering, and 3 more had passed away.

Iowa numbers and news for Thurs. March 4 and Fri. March 5:
Mar. 4: Iowa reports 35 additional COVID-19 deaths, over 9,000 more vaccine completions
568 new confirmed cases, 836 more recovering, and 35 more were reported to have passed
Iowa is expanding vaccination eligibility to those 64 years or younger with medical conditions
Mar. 5: Iowa approaches 210,000 people fully vaccinated against COVID-19
507 new confirmed cases, 430 more recovering, and 13 more were reported to have passed
Iowa governor extending COVID-19 public health proclamation

Iowa numbers for Sat. March 6 and Sun. March 7:
Mar. 6: Iowa reports a big boost in vaccinations
539 new confirmed cases, 779 more recovering, and 3 more had passed away.
Mar. 7: More than 260,000 Iowans are now fully vaccinated against COVID-19
336 new confirmed cases, 272 more recovering, and 6 more had passed away
