Is Casey the real Zenaida?

I haven't read all of the posts - I'm just starting through them all. But, one thing stands out at me and maybe you guys have thought more about it:

If KC is ZG22, then why even appear in court or make payments...? It's all fake. They have no way of finding her. Why not just skip out on the whole thing? I personally would be afraid that the more I showed my face, the more I would be "found out" and would want to stay far away from this whole fake person thing where the law is considered. KWIM?

If I read the reports correctly, Casey spent the evening of June 12 looking up stuff on a Zenaida. Seeing this just chills my blood...

Certainly not a computer buff..but I am reading it the same way you do. I just don't understand....she is pure evil.

I think KC is the one who broke into the Zenaida Gonzalez' office at UCF late on June 9th. I think she needed ID to go pay that ticket which was coincidentally paid the 11th of June. Then the very next day on the 12th of June she spent some time looking at the myspace for this person as well to have some background info to make her story sound more believable.

The ZG that had her office at UCF broken into was a councellor where also coincidentally Cindy was seeing someone. Too many coincidences I think.

Hmmm....food for thought. This is another tid bit of info that I have forgotten or never really knew much about. Who is this 'real' ZG and has she ever been interviewed by LE? The reason I'm asking is - I wonder if KC was ever seen around those offices at UCF.

I think I remember the accident you're referring to. ZG and her sister got into an accident in or near Tampa. KC was following them in her own car and was there just in time to offer assistance - loving friend that she always was to Zanny.

I remember this. Again, Cindy was spoon feeding Casey info for her lies. "Was it Tampa General?" Good grief, woman!!

I'm tellin ya, if you haven't read the letter from CA in a while, go look again and read between the lines now that we know what we know. In other words she's saying I'm a better mother than you and your no better than a part-time nanny. At one time KS could do no wrong, now since the baby's been there, she couldn't do ANYTHING right. Constant put downs. KS's resentment was SO high, she clicked and kinda like our soldiers have to do in Iraq she kinda blocked her compassion feeling.
Fricken C & G! They created a monster and didn't do to stop it.

I keep thinking, this little twit must have been really ticked that LE was not falling for the same type of lies her parents fell for. Because they fingerprinted her at the time the citation was issued.

Ok, I found it in the first document dump. I've always wondered who these pictures were of, ZG or KC. Apparently, LE never told who was in the pictures. Was it KC in disguise?

Maybe, just maybe....these pictures are relative to tomorrow's Motion hearing....Casey took pics of herself in disguise.

I have always wondered about this. I also think KC had something to do with the break-in at the UCF office. I don't think she acted alone but I believe she was involved. Like you said, there are way too many coincedences. I also believe that the KEY that was found at the crime scene may be the key to that particular office. I know that is a stretch but I don't know if it has been mentioned HOW the office was broken into. Did someone use a key, break a window, was there signs of forced entry? I am not sure but I believe that we will soon find out.

Yes. If the initial dat file was created on the 12th of June and was first written to with searches for Zenaida on the 16th of July then all of the searches were done by the family. If the initial dat file was created on the 12th of June and the first files with searches for Zenaida were also written to on the 12th of June, then Casey could have been responsible for the first searches. The file can be set up months before it is written to.

I could well be wrong, but I think on page 2 it says that the "Diary of Days" document was written the day before Cindy wrote her MySpace page, "my caylee is missing."

That is confusing for me because I always considered Casey's Diary of Days to be a reply to Cindy, too. But, apparently, is wasn't.

Well, yes, if KC is ZG22, they would be, because they would have printed ZG22 on May 24th. But it may not have been in the "criminal database" when they arrested KC because this was a traffic violation that was being satisfied at the time (i.e. it was in Collections Court and payments were being made). Note that on 6/11/08, on the ZG22 case, a plea of Nolo Contendre was entered and the resultant ruling was "Adjudication Withheld". Under this, ZG22 has the ability to come back after the case has been satisfied and request that the case be expunged from her record.

Now, you guys have more legally educated people than me, but I would assume that a traffic case in which Adjudication Withheld has been entered, and which is current at the time (of KC's arrest), would mean the fingerprints were not in the criminal database. In other words, they had to go looking for them. Maybe because they found a ZG22 driver's license in KC's stuff. Not sure about that, just speculating.

Ok. have read this whole thread to here. If LE has already figured all this stuff out and have been sitting in their offices and watching all the actions going on around them like the civil case. The depo of LA. All that the Ants have done since they figured it out-----hey, they have been sittin there Laughing their:behind::behind::behind: off at this whole circus playin out. This is gittin funnier as time goes by.
