That being said, some of the members of the defense are "A" listers (no pun intended!) but is JB really the best they can do? Other than "UHMMMMM...UHMMMM...my girl, no I mean my client is innocent" what has he done??? No Mark Gregaros? Of course, he could be LA's lawyer that says "my client is not guilty of obstruction" before anyone ever said he was. Not really sure I understand that strategy!

If the defense is paid by an entertainment company they should be disbarred and formally chastised. Conflict of interest!!!!

I know one thing, if Dr Baden comes on and says "Caylee's remains were all inside the bag" one more time, I will spend an entire day on the phone with FOX if I have to just to be sure this gross statement is corrected.

Why does EVERYONE think there is some kind of conspiracy??? Honestly! How about, some person that might have read something somewhere, contacted the authorities and made a complaint....simple as that

It doesn't ALWAYS have to be someone wants to do someone harm

If the allegations are true, it could be illegal and the judge will set it straight

IF JB gets taken off of the case then there has to either be another lawyer that is licensed to do business in FL hired OR she will get a public defender

The dream team will either REALLY be doing it for free or someone will have to come up with the funds to pay for their services

I bet this was why the SA's office was demanding the court order Jose not to sell Caylee's pictures, they already knew what he was up to with this.

This sounds very unethical to me......ABC paid licensing fees for photos according to WFTV. JB should be disbarred. Talk about a sleasy lawyer! So JB wants this for his pocket book over kc's best interest............hmmmmmmm
