Wicked thought, but maybe Casey was telling the truth for once when on the taped video just released she said "Dad, you don't understand, I'm NOT in control!"

WHO is giving the pictures to JB to sell to the media? We know KC doesn't have access to them. I'm confused by this. If it is the A's, why isn't their attorney handling this and the income going thru him?

That is probably what she was carrying in the backpack when she was going to JB's office everyday. That was a large pack and always looked pretty full and heavy.

she had access when she got out on bail. Remember her going into JB's office with that big ol' "media file"

Maybe I am crazy but I could swear that I have heard the A's proclaim they have not made a dime off the death of Caylee and in the motions hearing I thought I heard JB say that the defense has not made any money off Caylee, so who the h-e-double hockey sticks is this money from interviews?/pictures/videos of Caylee going to??? I guess they all figure it's ok to lie to the public, we can't impose any consequences they care about paying. JMHO

Hi indicat,

He has a production company called Maravilla Productions, his wife works for the company. I think alot of the speculation about it being GR company JB has been woking with is because of their double date with spouses on GR boat this summer. That, along with the pro defense stance of his show. JVM was on tonight claiming the deal was with ABC. GR works for Fox, but that doesn't mean his company can not can not make a deal with ABC. imo

Please disregard if already answered.

ETA: GR has called her all kinds of names, but we have learned Caylee's case has turned out to be about $$$$$ for alot of people. ????? who know's anymore...

If this story is true, I'm not so sure Geraldo would be financing this entire fiasco all alone. I can think of others....

Speaking of who needs to get paid aside from lawyers, did anyone notice JB/defence has hired a publicist? Who's paying that tab?

This company may stand in high regard. I have no idea. Publicists are generally hired to clean up the image of a company. They often feed the media with "news" to sway public opinion, and employ other means to lead public perception toward whatever they've been hired to do. Nothing illegal, but ethical? Undecided. But why would the defense would require a publicist in regard to a 22 year old allegedly involved in the killing of her daughter is very questionable.

That tells me its not about "truth".....I believe JB intends to keep his client "in the news" for as long as possible by deliberate delay of the process, and then at the 11th hour he'll let her plea out. Over and done! Just my opinion.

Explain to me who got all that money? We know over $200,000 have been paid, but to whom?

NATISHA LANCE, NANCY GRACE PRODUCER: Well, allegedly $200,000 was paid to ABC News. Allegedly Jose Baez was trying to set up a $500,000.

GRACE: Wait, wait, wait. Did you say paid to ABC News? Is that what you just said?

LANCE: I`m sorry. Paid from ABC News.

GRACE: To who? That`s what I`m asking. I`m asking to whom.

LANCE: Well, we don`t know who the exchange was with, but allegedly it went to Jose Baez and some of this money was allegedly used for Casey`s defense fund. Now also allegedly, Jose Baez was trying to get a $500,000 interview with Casey Anthony.

And then there was also the $6500 that was paid to Larry Garrett and the former spokesperson for the Anthony family from NBC News. And there was also allegedly a $5,000 licensing fee from NBC News.

The NBC was when CA went and spoke on the Today show

I would expect the Investigator's at Lamar's office to seek to interview Todd Black, if they haven't already. If he invokes, all Hell will break loose. This is why they have layed low on him until now...
