Is the criminal investigation of LA a red herring?

Respectfully, why would you assume that his house has never been searched?

To the best of my knowledge and from searching and asking and posting everywhere here, LA's house, yard and vehicle have never been searched. I believe we would have heard about the search warrants...has anyone heard that any of LA's was ever searched?:waitasec:

I have looked and have found nothing. He did get a traffic ticked 9/08. I am thinking that since LE has never named him a person of interest or suspect that they would most likely not search his car or home. Now, if that changes they may ask for the search warrants. They can still go back to the house and search, with all the new advance technology they will still be able to find traces left behind if any.

I think the problem might be proving enough information to a judge that there is reasonable cause to obtain a search warrant.

There is no indication as of this time that LA's apartment or car have anything to do with this case.
