If so, is it possible to luminol it again? If someone is going to tear it down, wouldn't that be great if more evidence was found - say in pipes or walls?

Yes, it's still there. It has been remodeled and some renovation (the wine cellar where JB was found was blocked up).

The best I remember is that it was sold. The new owners had the address changed and closed off the wine cellar room where JonBenet was found.

It did look cool on the inside, but the view from the back sure showed how chopped up it was!!

It was for sale last year when I visited. I don't know if anyone lives there now, or not.
