Is there any way to recommend Doe cases in need of a reconstruction to NCMEC?

NCMEC seems to be able to access pictures of skulls and other post mortem images which are not available to the public in order to create reconstructions. Is there any way to recommend cases to them?

Normally the LE in charge of a case would have to contact NCMEC for a reconstruction. Try getting in touch with LE and recommend the idea.
