If the stadium served him a bunch of booze then ejected him, that is wrong. Given the cold weather and state he was in, arrest would be better, but there's no telling how many drunk and unruly get ejected every game.

Yeah, I think arrest would be the best answer. It might break down the number of people who do things like that.

They can file any lawsuit or not. If neither party has standing before this court or there is no legal question for this court to answer, the judge can dismiss the lawsuit.

The family decided not to follow through on the lawsuit.
The amount of alcohol and drugs some in our society ingest in order to "enhance an experience" is mind-boggling to me. I am surprised that some live as long as they do. JMO
