I am fortunate to have a local Medical Examiner who is dedicated and determined to solve old unidentified remains cases.
There are cases that have photographs and/or skulls available, but have never had any photos associated with them.
Is there any Forensic Sketch Artist that would be graciously willing to donate their time for a case or two? The ME's office doesn't have the budget for this but I can contribute if needed as well.
