...........The homeowner reported two suspicious people in his yard. He went outside with a shotgun and found a man and woman on his porch charging their cell phones. He confronted them, and even fired a warning shot, but the man refused to leave and even grappled with the homeowner over control of the shotgun until fleeing. The woman fled with him............
Of course they were caught and a few interesting things were found in their backpack....
Knauber [25] was charged with battery (second or subsequent), burglary to an occupied structure unarmed, theft of utility services, resisting an officer without violence, amphetamine manufacturing Schedule II or II or IV, amphetamine trafficking, narcotic equipment possession, failure to pay child support, failure to appear, and probation violation.........
