A girl, 9, named ‘Elsa’ by her saviors (after Elsa from the movie Frozen) lived completely ‘forgotten’ by her parents and has a deformed spine because he never slept in a bed. On her body she has signs of displaced fractures in both her arms and legs.
She will now be placed in ‘La casa di Matteo’, where children with handicaps without family to care for them are living under the warmth & care of the workers there.
