The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing man.

Ivo De Galan, 56, was last seen on Friday, April 6, 2018, at 3:00 a.m., in the Wards Island area.

He is described as 6’2", medium build, chin length white hair and a full white beard. He was last seen wearing brown round glasses, a black leather jacket and blue jeans. He is possibly carrying a black brief case and may have a large flat art portfolio.

Ugh! It is so unbelievably cold out. I hope he is found. I wonder if he lives in the islands.
