Ivy was last seen leaving a relative's home around 4:00 pm on March 14, 2010. She was last seen east of the Poplar Bridge.
Officers searched the area with tracking dogs into the night on March 14. Ivy's footprints were located and lead across a frozen river to an island. The tracks continued across the island to the main channel of the river and to an area of open water. Ivy's footprints lead to the edge of the open water, but no tracks were discovered leading back away. Officers fear that the girl may have fallen into the water.
