Are you asking me if I think it's worthwhile information? If you are asking, then I'd say to you that you don't have much confidence in your conclusion and further investigation is needed.

Things at WS have changed dramatically with the addition of this case as to how we work together here on things. Normally, we would discuss possible leads/tips, debate them, decifer them, and then decide if it was a lead worthy of LE's time before one person (usually Christine because of her relationship with LE) was asked to send it in. This way, we were being respectful of their time and earned their respect plus how they perceived WSers as a whole. We have all worked hard to build up a reputation here of not being just another sleuth site and tried to act accordingly. I am afraid we have lost that because in this case people decided to jump the gun so many, many times. At one point, someone was actually discussing calling Yuri Melich in the middle of the night!

bumping this. great post, btw! I also encourage people to try out the thread search and post search button. Type in the key word and you can read all related to see if the item of sleuthing has been resolved, etc. I am guilty as anyone else with not using the search button as often as I should. With the length and number of threads, the huge amount of posters and lurkers, the mods really have a tough time trying to keep everyone in line while also trying to consolidate threads. I for one am going to try to be better about searching first.... And thanks mods for all that you are doing to keep this place up to its' impecable standards during this crazy case

Sorry but I'm a bit confused

There were documents posted on the last tenants of apt 210 - it was an eviction notice and the apartment had not been rented since Feb. if I remember correctly, as they had to redo the entire apartment,

I am trying to follow along with this theory...the person we are wondering about, Cassanova was cleared in the Nicole case correct? But wasn't his sketch made as someone who had been seen at Blanchard Park? Being that the dates are so similar to CA's, maybe he wasn't there for the Nicole case but for some other reason?

Am I just way off and not understanding correctly?

Nicole had just recently moved to Florida - so I don't think there is a past connection to Casey or any of her friends really.


The interesting angle would be Nicole's counseling job.

No no no - there was a sketch released in the Nicole case - the person in the sketch has been cleared - we do not know who that person was - but some saw a resemblance between the sketch and Cassanova. That's all.

Just keep in mind we don't even know that the man who came forward in reguards to Nicole's case is the same person who lived at Sawgrass. It is just speculation at this point.

Exactly...he was cleared in the Nicole case but he was "seen" there during the same time of CA's story? Coincidence? And it is unbelievable the resemblance if I do say.

yes i looked at this too. the murdered woman's car was found with the purse in it and so was casey's. i found a forensic astrology website that gave a report much like housemouse's about the murdered woman. it made my hair stand straight up. i started to post it here but being such a newbie and wanting to have respect for the other family i did not. i'll pm it to you if you would like to see it.

If this is true than that is very interesting and I believe that there is something to it. Do you have a link to that info? If the joggers purse was found in her car than I would say without a doubt that Casey was trying to stage some sort of similarity or blame .....(serial killeresque)

Hi everyone! I'm new to posting, but I've been lurking for awhile and after reading all the reports last night, something has been eating at me all day, and I was wondering what you all thought.

In Casey's interview at Universal, she said that she went to Blanchard Park to look for ZG and Caylee after she wasn't at Sawgrass. This was on June 9th, the day she claims she last saw Caylee. Now, first of all, I live in Orlando, and on June 9th, we had a horrible rain storm that afternoon/early evening. I remember that because it was also the day that the jogger, Nicole Ganguzza, was murdered at Blanchard park. They said on the news that the trail was much less busy that day because of the bad storm and that had it not stormed so badly, the trail probably would've been more crowded.

What struck me is that it would've been pouring at the time she says she went there to look for her, and a very high publicized murder took place at that park on the day and close to the time period that she says she was there looking for ZG. Now, I seriously don't think she had anything to do with the murder of the jogger and I really don't think she had even gone there, but I do think she may have made a mental note to somehow latch on to it, so maybe she could blame Caylee's death on the jogger's murderer, or something like that. Like the murderer killed the jogger, and then got ahold of ZG and Caylee, too, or something like that. For a few weeks after that murder, it was top news here in Orlando, and there is no way she wouldn't have heard about it. The fact that she picked June 9th as her last day seeing Caylee, when later it was determined to be a lie, and the fact that she said she went to Blanchard Park, which isn't even really that close to Conway, it just makes me think that it was part of her master plan of trying to prove she didn't do it. And, had it not been proven that Caylee didn't disappear on June 9th, I really think that we would've been hearing this connection sooner.

I find it strange that kc keeps referring to this park. Didnt she say her mom warned her not to go there because it was so dangerous? Im not sure if it was a rumor, but I heard kc changed her story and said she met z and zs sister at that park and Caylee jumped into the car with 2 other kids.

She seems to be setting the story up for a tragedy that could happen there with "someone she no longer trusted"

The jogger was killed on june 9-10? Hmmm that is the date that Caylee ORIGINALLY was last seen according to several statements made to LE. Only after the pic and video of Caylee were discovered on the A's computer (or laptop Im not sure). They determined the pic was taken on Father's day. THEN the A's remembered it was the following week that they had last seen Caylee.

ARGH!
