Hi all... :)

I believe that Casey keeps mentioning Blanchard Park, because that is 'not' where Caylee is.

Casey.. talks about only things she 'wishes' were true. She wants everyone to search there.. as nothing is there....imo

She also weaves in her past true 'innocuous travels'..as they come off as 'true' having a hint of truth in them. There is a seed in each thing she says.

My best guess is that Casey is somehow trying to connect Caylee's disapearence with Nicole's murder - or she may have planned on doing that in the begining

She may have even told her parents that "The Body" that was in her trunk was Nicole

OMG! that is so funny! you know I bet KC has told her parents that.
That would explain Cindys outrageous comment about the tow yard security.
Ive having the "worst of worst" days and I really needed that!!!

And the reason she changed her story was because she remembered LE saying that they had sawgrass on video cam..and she was 'not there'. She knew the jig was up. She chose Blanchard out of random information in her head..as in her "head" there are no camera's there. jmho

The more I read, the more I think Casey lives in a fantasy world. I don't think she's just a liar. I think she lives in an altered state of reality.

The alleged death of her daughter could have pushed her further into her own world.

I agree - and while I do -in a strange sort of way - love chasing down and considering all the different theories and clues and friends and places, etc...
I always come back to the simplest solution - the one I thought in the beginning and all along really - that Casey killed Caylee - intentionally IMO - and alone.

But I really am seeing more of an altered reality type thing lately regarding her mental state. She's not just an evil liar and a thief - there is something more - she's truly crazy I think.

Im starting to wonder if everything casey has been saying are clues. I know, i am finding it hard to "defend" her. Let's say these "boys" used her car and went to Bpark, Nicole's Body was dumped over on that E-trail, when they got back, casey flips out like why did you use my car to do this!? Im going to police, they take caylee, she shuts her mouth, tried to clean her car out so that if she gets stopped or someone goes in her trunk for whatever reason, when the car's smell still kept geting stronger she ditches it. This would explain george's statement of "the body in my daughter's car was NOT my granddaughter" Maybe casey confided in G and CA about this, and that would explain CA's shock during the 911 calls, still freaking out about the safety of caylee.
HER "CLUE" SPEAK:
~taking them to sawgrass, the guy in the sketch lived there
~now spinning it to blanchard park, where the guy was last seen and the jog murder was
~mentioning BOTH places the jogger was last seen - clueing to placements and ties to that case
~the date - focusing on the week before, yes caylee may have gone missing the week of the 15th, but she wants LE to focus onthe week before, of the 9th, when everything with the jogger happened.

While I am not sure I put a lot of stock in this Blanchard Park/Nicole theory, I think it sounds interesting.

But, like I said here -

http://websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?t=70887&highlight=sleuthing

Anyone bad enough to kidnap, would have no problem recognizing the liability of holding onto Caylee and would be done with it. NOT talking is putting her in more danger than talking - simple. It's really THAT simple!

If these guys have Caylee, I still don't think she will be alive.

Wow! that sounds like a good movie. No offense, but maybe you should be a screen writer.
The bottom line is that very rarely is real life anything like that. the simplest explanation is usually the truth. anything like this would have been confessed already. sorry but no.

everyone has seen Casey all over the tv. Does she look like she jogs on a regular basis? I don't think so. It is a good story and for someone else might ring true but this girl didn't even work, I doubt that she had the where-with-all to actually jog.

The story about her mom telling her not to go there to jog, could be true. I would have told my kids, I don't want you anywhere around there. But I doubt that Casey ever went there to jog. She took on some of Nicole's qualities because that is what she does. She is whoever is in her head at the time.

It is just too big of a stretch to believe most of what she says happened. If you have to stretch to make it work, it is probably not true.

One more thing....if it was someone else's body how does that explain the hair of Caylee in the trunk with a death ring around it. The hair was either Casey's or Caylee's and Casey isn't dead.

I know that some will not believe this evidence until they see it in writing and some won't even believe it then and some believe that LE would lie about something like that but even LE would not lie in a public statement about something like that, it would be too cruel to not only the As but to the public.

It has been noted that she ran, she was in track or something in school. She is not a heavy person so she either doesn't eat much or she jogs or walks alot. I can believe she does jog easy enough. Not an olympian of course!

.....the other thing that may help is the maggots that were found in the trunk of the car while in the Tow Yard. Forensics can determine what stage these maggots were in the car and how long theyve been in there, thus placing for a fact when a body was actually in the car. This is key to the case. I am willing to bet that theres no way possible that it was Nicoles body in CA's car at all.....*just because her body was found much earlier at JBlanchard Park... than when Caylee came up missing. Forensic lab would be able to disprove this theory.

That still doesn't explain why she wouldn't tell police everything. I think she is trying to link Caylee's disappearance to Blanchard Park. I don't think her disappearance has anything to do with the park, but Casey wants there to be a connection. JMO

well if you have seen or know they killed a grown adult, what would stop them from killing a young child?

wow, um yes. for you to say "sorry but no" suggests you KNOW what happened. you don't, so any theory is welcomed for further sluething. there are twisted crimes that happen all the time. We hear the end result from the media, but you do not know every single piece to the puzzle that goes on behind every crime in the world.

don't be so hasty to commit yourself to any one theory or you might just lose some perspective ;)

Who reported that she ran track in school?

You can look at her and tell that she does not exercise, at least not enough to do much good. She might be thin, maybe she just has good metabolism but just because you are thin does not mean that you got that way spending any time exercising. I weighed 98 pounds from the time I was in 10th grade until I turned 40. I had good metabolism. Could eat anything and everything and never exercise and not gain weight. Her arms look mushy and she did not look too hot in that blue dress either. It was a very forgiving dress. Something you wear to cover up flaws. Very short to show off her legs but loose to cover up her middle. Her legs didn't look like she spent any time running either.

Of course, everybody sees people differently and this is just the way that I see it.

it doesn't matter if she actually ran. it was just a way to bring up the 2 locations - bpark and etrail, maybe to spark the detectives minds and take notice to the connection to nicole's case. wether she ran or not doesn't really come into play.

From what I read they found here right where she was drug off the trail so WHY in the world would she say that was her body?

Hi WS,
This is actually my second post. I thought that this information might seem interesting and so I wanted to share.
My mother is close friend's with a coworker that has relatives on the street of the Anthony's.
Apparently, my mother's friend told her the following information about the area around the pool and Caylee.
There was me type of tree (on the smaller side) that Caylee would climb and then jump into the backyard pool from. The tree was taken out - it might have been because of this or because of some landscaping reason.
Nevertheless, it has been said that possibly Caylee got into the pool from another way perhhaps by jumping from the top of the playhouse into the pool. Now, I doubt that the playhouse was tall enough to do this or that Caylee was adventurous enough to do this. But, there have been "neighborhood gossip" that probably what happened is Caylee was not being watched and Caysee "checked out" perhaps hung over and took a long nap. Caylee then got bored played in the backyard and ultimately drowned.

Anyways, I just wanted to share.

Thanks WS community for being such a cool group of people!

I wonder if what the mother thought was a tree was really that rhododendron bush and Caylee was next to it standing on the pool box instead of a tree. Cindy said that the bush had been moved.

That very well could be the explanation for the tree/bush being moved. If only other logical answers to SO MANY other questions could be answered for us! (more importantly of course for Caylee)

Right. Since there had been a recent murder at the park, she decided to change the story to make it look like that was where Caylee was kidnapped.

So.. if Caylee's body is found, she can accuse the Blanchard Park murderer. Though his prey and intent were different.

yes i looked at this too. the murdered woman's car was found with the purse in it and so was casey's. i found a forensic astrology website that gave a report much like housemouse's about the murdered woman. it made my hair stand straight up. i started to post it here but being such a newbie and wanting to have respect for the other family i did not. i'll pm it to you if you would like to see it.
Cindy is the one who said that there was a purse in the car. I think that's the only source of that information. Can anyone show differently? I know a purse was not listed as taken from the car by the police.
