No, Nicole was said to have been a crime of opportunity. She was there when a rapist got the yen. Wrong time, wrong place. Her very bad luck.

Nobody was out to get KC. Nobody was threatening her. She wasn't into drugs deeply enough to go into withdrawal, when she was incarcerated. She was not afraid of anything, until she became afraid of prosecution.

My guess is that she only uses drugs at prties, and with her boyfirends, and THEY buy.

Except she can't even make up a decent story. Why not go with - Zanaida (or someone close to her) killed Nicole. She could say ZG asked to borrow her car and she let her. ZG used Casey's car to get rid of Nicole's body. Casey found out about it somehow and was threatened by ZG - and she took Caylee to make sure Casey would not talk. Casey knew that if enough time (31 days or whatever)passed she would gain the trust of ZG enough for ZG to know that Casey would not talk - then she would get Caylee back.


See my made up story is better than Casey's made up story - Ha.


Seriously - I'm beginning to wonder if Casey had ever even been to J. Blanchard Park. She's the only one to say she was ever there and that Caylee loved it there.

Though - Lee did not flinch when she mentioned it in the phone call - and Casey did say that Caylee had been to that park with someone other than herself most recently (in the docs).

I'm so confused. Will it ever end?

Except wasn't Nicole also raped?

It sounds to me like Casey told him somebody else was in the trunk besides Caylee

The dead jogger's body was in custody the minute it was found. It was dumped a short time after death. How would KC get hold of it? And, why?

According to report (media, le?) cadaver dna was discovered in trunk.

Has cadaver dna been linked to Caylee dna?

If not, possibility exists for Nicole or some other dead body to be in trunk. As I recall, Nicole's body was moved from place of attack/death to place it was discovered.

Decomp scent was hit upon in the car trunk and in the backyard by the cadaver dogs.
So the body was first in the car trunk, then in the backyard?
Or, was it first in the backyard, and then in the car trunk?

We already know that the hair in the trunk was from either KC or Caylee, and the hair presented the positive signs of decomp.
We also know there was dirt in the trunk.

I would love to know test results for the shovel and for the dirt in the backyard, and the car trunk.

Who reported that she ran track in school?

You can look at her and tell that she does not exercise, at least not enough to do much good. She might be thin, maybe she just has good metabolism but just because you are thin does not mean that you got that way spending any time exercising. I weighed 98 pounds from the time I was in 10th grade until I turned 40. I had good metabolism. Could eat anything and everything and never exercise and not gain weight. Her arms look mushy and she did not look too hot in that blue dress either. It was a very forgiving dress. Something you wear to cover up flaws. Very short to show off her legs but loose to cover up her middle. Her legs didn't look like she spent any time running either.

Of course, everybody sees people differently and this is just the way that I see it.

True. Runners usually have great calves and thighs.

I live in the area where this occurred. It was and still is on everyone's mind. I think KC just took the fear that everyone was feeling and tried to weave the BP rapist story into her own timeline.

There was no new patio concrete. The "slabs" were a few cinder blocks.

I used the wrong word... not slabs, but pavers.

Hubby says that they used patio pavers... and they are approximately 18" X 18", and about 2-3" thick. Hubby is a contracter.
I even have Hubby involved in the sleuthing now.

LE says yes, cadaver DNA is "linked to" Caylee. We have not seen the actual tests, yet.

Then, there is the Anthony female-line hair with the death band. This means that Cindy's mom, Cindy, Casey, or Caylee is dead. Since we have evidence that Cindy's mom, Cindy, and Casey are alive, that leaves Caylee.

Who on earth would the "other" corpse be, btw? How many people carry corpses in their trunks, on any given day.

Why is KC so happy and fun-having?
Because she knows Caylee is safe with whomever has her.

Because this was a rage-vengeance murder aimed at Cindy and people who commit those types of murders are on a high afterwards! They are very happy about what they have done, imagine their problems are fixed forever and want to celebrate!

Why won't KC talk to LE?
Because she's too frightened of whomever has KC.

Because it does not benefit her. She knows she is guilty. Also, she is actually enjoying the power she has. EVERYONE wants to know what only SHE knows! In her mind she has become a celebrity! She even told Leonard Padilla something like "I didn't mean to become a celebrity!" and in addition, by not talking she is making her mother suffer all the more which is EXACTLY what Casey wants!

The ONLY scenario that makes sense is that KC is not grieving because she doesn't care about Caylee. KC is silent because she is genuinely afraid of prosecution, and for good reason.

I still think she let the child die accidentally, and was briefly panicked. However, once she figured out that her family would cover for her, I think she has enjoyed being an unencumbered young woman, again?

Look at the Logan Tucker case which is startlingly similar to the Caylee Anthony Case right down to the borrowed shovel:

Logan Tucker Case: 6 year old disappears, body never found, mother convicted of murder. Mother told a big pack of lies about his whereabouts - many of them just plain ridiculous.

She got rid of him because with him around she couldn't do what she wanted to do. She celebrated his demise by winning second place in a topless contest and hanging with her new boyfriend. Her son's body was never found. It took 6 years to bring her to trial on the murder charge. She was sentenced to life without parole.

WOW! I just looked up that case! It's SO similar, in SO many details! Borrowed shovel, different stories to different people at different times re: the child's wherabouts.

Got busted by the killers mother, when she was not allowed to speak to the child, for a period of time! Same scenario. But, that mom busted her daughter, instead of lying for her.

1) If the corpse in the car wasn't Caylee's, whose was it? Why was KC driving around with it, for days? Why didn't she tell LE about it, if she is guiltless?

2) How did a death band get on the hair of an Anthony female? (matrilineal DNA). If Caylee is alive, which other Anthony female is dead?

The rapist/killer "dragged" the body, a short distance. The cops took it inot custody, when it was found. Unless KC was also the rapist, I can't imagine how the body would gt into her trunk?

Clothes dont' generally carry enough DNA to be tested. IT has to be bodiy fluids like saliva, urine, ahir. To even speculate that a rapist would kidnap and rape a child when there has been no history of that is ridiculous. Criminals don't change their mo's that much. Was this person a child killer? A child rapist? How would he get hold of Caylee if she was in the park with Casey, like Casey said?

Here are some more questions.....how did Zenaida and Samantha KNOW that Caylee was in the park that day? And if Zenaida and Samantha (who appear not to exist) did take Caylee, why did Casey say she was at the beach with her? Never mind, the invisible script. Why is everything with Casey invisible. Invisible people, invisible scripts, invisible child.
