Allen-(3).aspx

Jackie Merle Allen was last seen on June 19, 1992 in Carrolton, Ohio.
Age: 32 at the time of his disappearance
Current Age: 60
Height: 6'
Weight: 175 lbs
Hair: black
Eyes: green

According to his missing persons poster, his clothing is unknown but he was wearing Army dog tags and an Army watch.

Jackie was in the U.S. Army and served in Desert Storm. He recently returned from Desert Storm at the time of his disappearance. His wife was in the shower and Indicated he was running to the store. He was never seen again.
On Facebook, his sister stated that he lived in Akron when he disappeared. She also stated that he would never just leave his kids and she feels like the ex did something. If this is true, it would seem that there was tension within the relationship.

According to Jackie's NamUs profile, three comparisons were ran: 10/08/1995, 12/26/2005, and 08/29/2012. All three of these comparisons were from Virginia.

One local NamUs case potentially matches Jackie:

NamUs #UP2854: https://www.namus.gov/UnidentifiedPersons/Case#/2854?nav

This is within 30 minutes where Jackie went missing. On the body, a watch was found on the body

This is all of the information I was able to get a hold of at this time.

According to Jackie (Jack) Allen’s sister, the ex wife, Jennifer, asked if Jack was ever found to not give him her new address. She soon after got remarried, changed her children’s surname to her partners surname. She is located in Florida now and has no social relationships with Jacks relatives.

He was heading to the store on foot?

Without hearing from his ex-wife, his neighbors, friends, relatives, and law enforcement for their points of view, this is a tough one.

I agree with you. After seeing the sisters comments I want to speculate that the wife had something to do with it. But of course, no evidence of that.
My goal was to just bring this case up in hopes of SOMETHING. Unfortunately so many go unsolved.

Yes, I hear you. By the way, my asking if he was said to be walking to a store was me wondering whether he had a vehicle with him, how far away the store was, and whether or not he typically had walked to this store. There are so many possibilities in this case.
