Lowell looks grim. This will not be easy for her.

Not grim enough...

Cells are 6 by 9. It is grim. Toilets are exposed. That is grim. She is not going to be in the dorm. No way. Not yet for years to come.

It is just incredible that CA swears by religion nowadays but continues to lie by omission or just out and out lying. I guess she justifies her lying to her brother about the money KC stole as none of his business.

I almost think that Cindy is going to enjoy visiting KC there. She knows she killed the baby.

I know you would all like to see her in gen pop, but that, imo, will not happen right away. Just won't. They are going to monitor her. She is high profile and if she ends up dead or beaten up, it will hit the news immediately and that is not what the prison wants. This is not like the abuse cases by the priests and that one priest who was stomped to death in his cell. No one cared and they let it happen.

I just see this as different. She is young, she is small and she will be watched by her family and if she is beaten up or seriously injured, Cindy will be all over the airways.

I just don't think any prison wants that kind of publicity.

I don't see it. She is going to be alone for a while and then slowly introduced. Just mo.

Solace with all due respect. My Brother's murder made it to national news. It was all over CNN, HLN and FOX ( Due to the graphic nature of the kill). Not to the extent that ICA's is mind ya, but it made it there. He was put in GP as soon as he went into the jail system . BAD MOVE!! He was beaten severely twice and is now in PC. When his trial is over, he's going to gp and I'm not looking for him to last long.

Someone earlier asked about the Lowel Prison..I found this site which gives you an idea of their facility..including a virtual tour...

http://www.dc.state.fl.us/facilities/info/index.html

http://www.dc.state.fl.us/facilities/region3/314.html

As for me..I do hope that ICA lands in her new home for Life..where she can enjoy the rewards for he decisions ..and Caylee can always visit her whenever she wants..to see how "Momma" is :woohoo:

No one can hurt Caylee ever again..and KC's true justice will come when she has to face the Decider of her fate forever more  but until then keep her away from anyone other than her own kind :loser:

JMOO of course...I think DP is too good for her..let her rot in prison forever !!!!
Ugh Not seeing the virtual tour....

ETA: Found it!

Well, regardless of where she ends up, and how much time she is allowed out, there is one thing that she will have to always be aware of.

Everyone is going to not only know the reason that she is there, but, also, the amount of money that was spent on her, that was not spent on them.

Not grim enough if she gets to participate in the fun stuff

There's a lot more - but that's like a carnival for a sociopath like Casey. I'm sure she'd make good use of the chaplaincy program... I don't know if these would even be available for her, hopefully she'll be on death row/23 hour solitary, but some of it sounds a little soft for a correctional institution.

That virtual tour for the prison cells made me all warm and fuzzy inside. I agree that Casey will not be in a dorm... I believe she will be put in a two-person cell. No way she will get her own cell (with overcrowding) unless she gets the DP. Loved that Casey would have to sleep with her head just inches from the toilet seat in the DP cell. The toilet would be at her feet if she is put into a two-person cell. If I was watching the vitual videos correctly, even if Casey is put into the two-person cell, she is still in a form of Gen-Pop... she'll just be around prisoners who need to be supervised more than those who can live in a dorm setting. I'm all for it! I hope she gets a roommate who makes her life... well... really bad!

We should make the calender start off with 31 days until trial. I'll take the 31st day...

31st day - 31 days you didn't report Caylee missing. 31 DAYS! That is 744 hours that you allowed to pass before Caylee was reported missing. That was 44,640 minutes that you allowed to pass before Caylee was reported missing. That is 2,678,400 seconds that you allowed to pass before Caylee was reported missing... and it wasn't YOU that reported Caylee missing. YOU ARE TOAST!

30th day - The trunk of YOUR car. "It smells like there's been a dead body in the damn car" are the words that came out of your mother, Cindy Anthony's mouth the day that Caylee was FINALLY reported missing. Cadaver dogs, you know the dogs who can detect dead bodies, alerted to the trunk of YOUR car. Your own father prayed that the SMELL in the trunk of YOUR car was not HIS Caylee. A piece of hair that could only belong to YOU, YOUR mother, or YOUR daughter with a death band (meaning the individual is deceased) was found in the trunk of YOUR car. YOU are accounted for. Alive and well. YOUR mother is accounted for. Alive and well. Caylee is NOT accounted for. There is forensic evidence that supports that there was a decomposing body in the trunk of YOUR car. YOU ARE TOAST!

Please continue!

Day 26. Remember how it felt to drive your car? Remember how it felt to drive around smelling your dead daughter decomposing in the trunk? Sweet dreams.

Day 27 Maybe you will see your dear daughter in your dreams tonight. Will she be as you last saw her, leaking decomposition fluids, swollen and bloated with gas. Or will it be a living Caylee with her accusing eyes?

This is not the reality at Lowell, for those that are there under maximum supervision.

I'll try to find the thread about life in womens prison's here in FL.

I go back and forth between DP and LIP. All I know is that I WANT Casey to regret that she killed Caylee every day because she does not like where she is at. (Prison).

I want her to cry every night because of her own actions caused her to be where she's at (Prison).

I pretty much want her life from the second she steps foot in Prison to be a Living breathing Hell.

A place where she will NEVER be able to escape from

I DO NOT want her to get used to Prison, I want her to HATE Prison.

I hope other inmates taunt and mentally torture her for what she did to Caylee.

I hope she has to constantly look over her shoulder every day.

I hope prison is no cake walk for Casey Marie Anthony

i too on the fence...i used to say GP but she will use her party girl status -( sexual favors w/ inmates, guards) she will somehow BUY her protection( even if CA is footing the bill, ie still putting $$$$ on her books)
DP she will be solitary and eventually get justice...but wouldnt she have "adapted" to her solitary confinement by now, being in protective custody? so, imo, if she does get DP it will be ( sort of) business as usual for her...shes by herself, probably gets fan mail and even $$$ on her books( do strangers still send her $$?)
i WiSH she would cry herself to sleep, if not for killing her daughter, then for like for NEVER enjoying freedom, the times she COULD go to fusion/partying..but she probably does not. who knows...come on may!

I didn't know Susan Smith, JD, etc. were all in Gen Pop. John Carlin was killed in prison a few months after he got there. (murder of Kent LePink in Alaska).

I just don't want CA to be put in solitary, She'll be in prison so treat her like you would any other inmate.

You don't have to be in GP to be attacked. While I was working for the California Dept. of Corrections at a state prison Charles Manson was attacked with acid. He was in solitary - but not at the time he was attacked. You still have to move about the institution, and depending on the institution you have to be around the population as you move (my prison had no actual cells, just dorm housing) and it was while he was being moved about that the attack occurred. So even if ICA was in PC - attacks are still possible and probable. I don't know if SSmith was in PC, but she alleges she has been attacked by the correctional officers - so her housing is irrelevent. In fact, PC is more dangerous if the correctional officers want to harrass or harm you (as many female inmates allege). I'm not saying the officers would ever enable the attack on an inmate.......................I'm not saying that..........not at all......:innocent:

Part of me thinks ICA will settle nicely into prison life.....no job, no bills, no responsibilities - forever!!!!! It's called becoming institutionalized. For some inmates its simply the inability to survive in the real world after a few years in prison because you forget how to survive and, the world changes while you are in custody. For people like ICA, and I've seen many of them in custody, they accept their situation and thrive because they never enjoyed the work involved with surviving in the real world. We all know ICA didn't like to work.

Another part of me thinks that once this trial is over (please God with a conviction of at least LWOP) ICA's delusion of going free will come to an end and THEN the reality of the horrible life she is going to lead will sink in and perhaps true suffering can ensue.

At least CA will always know where MOTY is - either on her couch sucking her dry, or in prison, sucking her dry.
