Where can I find Kolar’s Foreign Faction Afterword online? Thanks much!

I have not been able to locate that title. Years ago, he supposedly posted some additional notes to "Foreign Faction" on his website. I've been unable to locate said website, nor additional Kolar theories. His full name is:
A. James Kolar.

Yes, that's what I'm referring to - the additional notes. I know I wasn't dreaming when I read it on his website but, like you, I can't find it. Maybe lawsuits scared him away.
