The AWP fan page is posting that they are out working a job, the admin is doing a very good job of making it seem Jared is right there but so far hasn't seen fit to post any photo's. It seems very smoke and mirrors (very Jared!) to me.
I really hope he is sitting in a jail cell!.

UTAH, USA — Jared Leisek, a founding member of the nationally recognized search and recovery dive team Adventures With Purpose, was arrested last Thursday for two counts of child rape, according to jail records from Sanpete County, Utah.

According to court documents, Leisek had sexual intercourse with a 9-year-old girl in 1992. The document, which was filed on Nov. 3 in the 6th Judicial District Court for Sanpete County, says he was seven years older than her at the time. Utah does not have a statute of limitations for rape.

The documents accuse Leisek of having sex with the girl — allegedly one of his relatives — on two occasions. The announcement of charges in November led to the departure of several team members. Source

See the way they present it, using the word "with". Which implies consent. Had sex ual inter course "with" somebody and that person automatically had it "with" you. When something was done TO the girl.
