Okay i just came across this case on Namus that has been on there since 2009 but it has very little information at all.

Full Name. Jasmine Ortiz

Gender. Female

Height. 2 FT 8

Weight. 30 pounds

Hair Color. Light Brown

Eye Color. Blue

Distinctive Physical Features. Pierced ears​

Circumstances of Disappearance
Jasmine was last seen on May 28, 2004. She may be in the company of an adult female.

1994 Green mercury sedan, model unknown

License Plates. Virginia with the words. C-ORTIZ

This is all the information i have i couldn’t even find her listed on the national center for missing and exploited children’s website

Galax is a super small town. I wonder if the police department would have any information.

I'm not quite sure how to verify that she was found safe, but I see there is another Jasmine Ortiz who was very recently missing and then found safe in AZ.
