Okay i just came across this case on Namus that has been on there since 2009 but it has very little information at all.

Weight. 30 pounds

Hair Color. Light Brown

Eye Color. Blue

Distinctive Physical Features. Pierced ears​

Jasmine was last seen on May 28, 2004. She may be in the company of an adult female.

I'm in Virginia I checked several local websites in that area, no luck.

Galax is a super small town. I wonder if the police department would have any information.
