I still never saw it, and who is Fifi? Did they call Mr. G, Fifi? Emily was CY, I know that.

Not really much of an explanation at all. Remember the state only had 1 hour to work with if they wanted the killer to be JY. 3-4 am. Anything earlier or later would have excluded him. That is a very small window.

The only way JY will win his next trial is if he gets a private attorney who will hire experts that blow stuff like this up in front of the jury.

Does anyone know if MY was found with her contacts on? That would be important to know if she'd gone to bed or was still awake when she was attacked.

It would be very important, definitely gives a time frame and that maybe she saw her killer too. jmo

There was a case featured not long ago where the body was actually exhumed to check to see if the victim was wearing contacts. I can't remember the case or the program but it ended up being a critical piece of evidence. I've always thought Michelle was a victim of a home invasion while she was still awake. I think the killer entered the house while she walked Shelly to her car.

During the attack, the contact lenses could have fallen out onto bed or floor. Hmmm, I wonder if they were found? jmo



I suppose if LE checked that all contact lenses were accounted for then a non-issue. There is no mention of this in reports?

I think a private attorney will be out of the question. No one could possibly afford that. I think he will be acquitted in a fair trial and the defense now knows why the jury convicted him in trial 2 and they can work on that and some other things to boost his defense case.

Can her bedside table be seen in any photo to see if her glasses are there?

There were two bloody adult shoe prints in the master bedroom but not outside of it. They went back later and actually seized boards from the deck. I think their theory was that the shoes were tossed out of the upstairs window onto the deck below and they hosed off and tossed everything into a trash bag from the kitchen.

And their theory could still be right. The only reason the killer would have avoided using the bathrooms to wash off blood from their hands is if some of it was their own blood.

They really owe it to Michelle and her children to re-run the unknown prints and DNA through national databases.

The deck board theory had to do with stain and some shoeprints that LE thought might be Jason's and so they got a search warrant for them. Nothing came of it, though. This happened at the same time they went back to the home to measure the prints in the bathroom. This was a year or so later. I will find the link for you tomorrow! :seeya:

She admits she was more than "off" during the time of Michelle's murder through both trials. She described it as being in a deep fog and finally she was diagnosed with Celiac disease.

They had to come up with a theory that matched to Jason so that a Judge would agree to the search warrant. They removed several boards so I believe they also were looking for blood, not just prints. If they'd open their minds a little they would realize the killer intentionally avoided leaving their own bloody DNA throughout the rest of the house. They did that by removing their shoes before they left the room. I think they also took the murder weapon.

Yes, Michelle was found on the floor to the left of the bed. That is Jason's bedside table. Mr. G's dog bed in front of it.

Which begs the question as to where Mr. G. was when the murder took place. If she was in bed, he would have been in bed, too.
