No, none. Absolutely none.

Wait. I think I read your question wrong and IDK the answer.

Oh my. Hold on a sec. What if there were no fibers from the HI in his car? None from his house none from the HI. Interesting.

She was given a photo of JY and asked if she had seen him and asked if he drove a white SUV. Major joke.

And if they were so sure of Gracie, they should have arrested him right then.

They didn't because it was made up BS.

If I recall, they didn't ask her anything about the vehicle that first time.

Were any fibers from his home or the Hampton Inn in Hillsville found in his SUV???

Thanks,
Glenn

I don't believe they searched the Explorer for that because one would expect to find both, correct? If they did look for them, I don't recall any testimony about it. As far as I know they only searched for blood in the vehicle.

My original post:

Galloway said the tv and the treadmill were on in the bonus room--the TM was not running, just turned on. Did anyone ever testify what channel the tv was on?

I wonder if MY was working out and heard a noise.

Day 4 part 4 within the first 3-4 minutes:

I am referring to this post from which the convo flowed.

I'm thinking she was probably on the treadmill when he came in the house, since it was on as was the tv and lots of lights.

I assume this is correct:

http://caselaw.findlaw.com/nc-court-of-appeals/1662955.html

Ms. Calhoun was shown a photograph of Defendant's white Ford Explorer on 5 November 2006 and asked if she saw the car on 3 November 2006. When Ms. Calhoun was shown Defendant's photograph, she identified him as the vehicle's driver. Ms. Calhoun was not asked to provide a physical description prior to seeing Defendant's photo, and stated that the Defendant was “just a little bit taller than me,” although Ms. Calhoun is five feet tall and Defendant is six-foot-one.

She never volunteered any information on the car, until she was asked and shown a picture.
How in the world was she ever able to testify to anything?

Starr, it may be better if you just scroll past some posts...

LOL, yup. He probably said,

"Hello miss. Did you see this guy about 5:30 a.m.--he was driving a white SUV and might have seemed like he was in a hurry."

And then poor sweet brain damaged Gracie who wanted to help LE, told her story.

As to your second point :thumb:

Just saw on one of the search warrants that JY also bought a pair of shoes in a size 13.

No way he could have gotten into a 10. Absolutely no way.

In his first trial I could Hv sworn he testified that they both wore each other's shoes..esp tennis shoes. Raffa naval wears shoes two sizes too small if raffia can anyone can. Esp someone staging a scene of death. Lots of athletes do it.

It's still unclear about Mr. Fisher coming to visit. I have read that Jason knew before he left , and I also have read he found out while he was on the road..

Starr, in the the article you posted it says JY told Shelly the plans were unsure.
So, If this is true, he still did not know about the visit of Alan Fisher so it doesn't make sense that in his plan, he printed out the EBAY purses before he left to get MF to the house, when it was still possible Mr. Fisher would arrive that day or weekend.

Who wore each other's shoes?

Maybe he did, as I said, use towels. But I also think baby wipes were used too because they are handy, children;s feet, hands, etc are little. Yes, she did testify the looked liked the same pajamas. My point was Cassidy could have 2 pairs alike. When mine were little, I would always have duplicate pairs of the little Carter's pajamas because because it helps to have lot of extra pajamas. If the were lexactly ike the same pajamas, nobody can state 100% they were the same pair or not.

I think JY disposed of all towels, wipes, paper towels, etc "somewhere" along the way back to HI.

There is a towel in one of the bathroom photos (the one with everyone's head in the foreground). Are baby wipes on the evidence list from the bathroom ... photographed or documented? It was a crime scene for 10 days and investigators knew that the child appeared clean. Baby wipe boxes would be important. Were baby wipes documented in the bathroom?

But, they did have an eye witness who remembered Jason got into her face and yelled at her and yet they did not make an arrest. What more could they possibly need than the statement of someone who saw JY at 5:30 that morning, when he should have been miles away and sleeping?

Investigators knew perfectly well that the gas attendant's statement could not stand on its own. Therefore, we see the hand print on the pipe mentioned as evidence, but the fact that it is not a match to Jason brushed under the carpet.

Starr, that was a horrible case, Grant and Amanda Hayes, they killed Laura Ackerson, she was a beautiful Mom of 2 small children and they should be on Death Row.

The prosecutor screwed up when he failed to mention aggravating circumstances in sentencing ... so she got the max of 10 years. Is Florida trying toxic waste disposal?

A few inches taller than someone is just a little bit taller but someone a 4 inches or more is not even close... Im 5'4 and my husband is 6'3..Guess I could say well hes just a little bit taller than me.. LOL!!!

Did they prove that CY had duplicate pjs?

Absolutely not. I would remember testimony that a pajama set was missing bottoms, and the top was identical to what the child was found wearing.

That did not happen ... and imaginings don't benefit.

I just don't associate baby wipes with the cleaning of CY, to me they are more for sticky hands or fingers, but not cleaning off the amount of blood that was on CY's feet.

Not when you are in a bathroom, that would have washcloths and towels available. JMO
