If you mean this trauma head wound was explained at trial to mean JY told us that on the stand, OK. There was never a witness called or LE testify that such an accident occured.

Yeah sure he was. Sorry but a victim in a MVA wouldn't sustain a "knockout". In the medical field we refer to this as head trauma either tramatic or non-tramatic. I have never heard it this way. Just saying plus we use LOC-Loss of consciousness.

Honestly that list is a hodge-podge (but again, a few of those things ping the radar for sure).

One I have to ask about. Was JY bi, or maybe had a friend or client who was gay? Wondering why the google for NYC gay bars.
He could have ended up on that search via other things (I have done that many times while googling, something in a story sticks out, and I get on a google trail....) Just was curious though.

I have no idea. I had heard rumors through the years but I don't know.

Yes, but it might just have been in an email, but it clearly impacted him. I guess I could look up the exact wording, but we are so close to having the new trial, that it's all going to be covered again soon enough. As for the other findings on his computer, I have no clue as to their meaning or importance. I am sure there were days when both Michelle and Jason wanted a divorce or were curious as to the value of their home, and anyone who has ever googled anything knows that a lot of different sites pop up when you are looking for something that have nothing to do with your initial search. But, again, I do not know for sure.

Sadly, that's common. It is not an indication of guilt though. They are in constant communication with police and are swayed to buy into the State's theory.

Just MOO, I think it was related to his (ER) being on the run and hiding out in the NC moutains for so long.

Ummm I feel horrible I couldn't attend. I was actually out of work that day due to a horrible migraine. I tried getting up but had vertigo. But some friends attended and said it went good.

P.S.- I'm still planning her 5k this fall

Does anyone else finding it interesting JY's friends and family were in constant communication with LE and the one who could help the most NEVER ONCE talked to them........

LE DID NOT attemept to sway anyone....insinuating such is not factual at all.

I don't run into many sites that their pop ups take me to Head Trauma.

Too bad he didn't have somebody to cover for it like Casey A.
